Hi! Wanted to give some feedback as a customer who will NEVER and I mean NEVER return to this location of Office Depot. I think the way you approach and speak to customers should be top priority. To give some context, it was 5:45pm when we arrived at this location to print 30 copies of something needed for church use (a small print job compared to others Office Depot gets) the nice lady that was actually working the print service desk was very kind....directing me to email my document to the email and I did that..after about 10 minutes waiting patiently at 5:57 pm a white man approached me asking if we needed something printed tonight and I responded yes, I've emailed my page and he immediately was like you aren't going to get it printed tonight, this is around our cutoff time and it's your best bet to go to a different location. I do not believe that to be true and even if it were you don't do that! I understand you would like to go home but you have a job to do and a service that is sold, you would not have told me if I were buying a pack of pens that I can't buy them and to go try a different location. Do better and get a job that you enjoy. read more

Located in the Kroger and Books a Million shopping center. Huge store with everything you need and didn't know you needed for office supplies and furniture, school, computers. Well lit and nicely organized. All items faced nicely. They also have gift cards for many businesses, 5 gallon water bottles, movies, cough medicine. Yes, cough medicine! Walter was very helpful in telling me about DVDs and helped me decide which ones I needed. Luckily, they were on sale! Sleeves for the DVDs vs Jewel cases. The business center is severely understaffed. ALWAYS have to wait at least 10 mins to be served. The staff lack the customer service skills and it may be they are over worked. I put the blame on corporate because they should hire enough staff to service the customers. If there was another option I would never patronize this store. Absolutely appalling. read more

I know it's Office Supplies but can we at least pretend to like our jobs? The vibe here is sooooo low, maybe Corp. should renovate the workspace or something but three minutes in this store put me to sleep. I like the Brandon location much more. read more

How the mighty have fallen! I used to come here a lot when getting office supplies, but now it rarely enters my mind to stop here. The store seems to have a dirty feel to it and it is not very inviting. I'm sure it is this location because other stores appear brighter and more welcoming. The staff was eager to help, but it almost seemed like overkill. Don't not even get me started on the restrooms. One of the worst public restrooms I have ever witnessed. Taking a child here was never even an option. It looked like something from a horror movie, the store manager should be embarrassed by the lack of cleanliness here. Maybe I just came on a bad day, but doubtful I will return soon. read more

I was hesitant to come here for my last-minute printing needs, as past reviews trend negative. However, I'm so glad I did! The lady in the print shop was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind enough to tell me I could come back before close to grab my foam board poster. Thank you for a great experience! read more

Why are cashiers having personal conversations while ringing up customers? Then when you fire people they "need their jobs"

If you are in a hurry, go elsewhere. This store is understaffed. There is always a line for checking out and for special order printing. While the employees are helpful, everyone moves slowly and since they are understaffed, it is a nightmare if you have kids with you or are just simply trying to get in and out quickly.
