I laughed because I was a broke 19-year-old college student living not far from here in a one-bedroom apartment on the reservoir. Would I say it was fancy back then? Yes, in a good kind of way. Back then, just like now, no one made you feel unwelcome. But what I love about this place is the selection of stores. The stores back then and some now were uniquely owned. Therefore, you bought items that you didn't see a zillion people wearing. My favorite store has always been Maison Weiss; it's still here. I remember wanting a 200 dollar belt. I saved my little coins and got it, and added a bracelet. But I also loved and still love the restaurants and the open courtyards. I see they have added Whole Foods, LuluLemon, Free People, a Wine Bar, and some more stores, like Kendra Scott. I can say this place still holds its charm, and probably will forever. I know for me it will always have a place in my heart.

Pepper Palace sells hot sauces. The place is clean and decently laid out and there is plenty of parking. It is also just off of Interstate 20. I was here on a Wednesday afternoon about four thirty in the afternoon and it was not overly busy. Like most outlets, there are some decent bargains and some items that you might as well buy in any mall. All in all, this is a good place to go see if you see anything that you never knew that you needed but now you can't live without.

We ate there and were in awe by how good the food was! I was able to find some pretty cool antiques here. Namely a small McCormick Corn Whiskey glass jug. If you are willing to take the time to thoroughly look through this warehouse you may find some nice treasures of your own. I personally have never seen such a big antiques-only shop. Upon leaving the movie at roughly 9pm, we found the mall doors LOCKED! A staff member of the theater let us out a door from the theater. This meant that we had to walk around the entire outside of the mall to get to our vehicle! The saving grace was, it was a warm clear night. Had it been raining, it would have been awful. Shame on this mall for making patrons walk outside at night, instead of employing a security guard to escort folks through after mall hours. At least post signs so that unsuspecting out-of-town visitors are aware of the circumstances!

While I understand all TJMaxx locations are in fact dog friendly no matter if they are service, ESA, or just well behaved. I'm not from here but travel back and forth between Nashville and Southern California and have never been stopped for having my well trained and well behaved pup with me. 2 were quite rude but I can't help if they personally don't like dogs or if they don't need to work in dog friendly retail locations.
