I really like this Office Depot location and come here for all of my printing needs. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate. One of my favorite things is the self-print kiosk, it's convenient, fast, and allows me to take care of everything without having to wait for an associate or interrupt anyone. On the occasions I have needed help, the staff has been friendly and quick to point me in the right direction. Whether I'm printing forms, making copies, or grabbing office supplies, this location is consistently reliable. I'll definitely continue coming back. read more

The associates and staff at Office Depot were rude and dishonest. I recently purchased a desk from Office Depot. The initial delivery date was not met. The second delivery date was not met either. I took off from work to ensure that someone would be home to receive the delivery on the scheduled delivery date. Apparently, the driver was too lazy to knock on the door for the second delivery date. Instead, I got an email stating that "no one was home." Not true. He then re-routed my desk delivery 2 business days later. Maybe the driver was behind on deliveries and needed to lighten his schedule. However, to falsely state that no one was home (without knocking or calling) is completely unacceptable. I then called 1-800-463-3768 to address the issue. The foreign agent was not helpful at all. She repeatedly placed me on hold... only to return with no answers to address my questions and concerns. Secondly, I dialed into the Chat Help Desk. The agent on the Chat feature was even worse. He gave a completely different reason for the non-delivery of my item. He states that the desk was "sourced out from a third party" and considers that to be the reason for the non-delivery and re-scheduling of my delivery. Keep in mind, I received an email earlier that day... falsely stating that "no one was home." He tells me to "disregard" the lie stated... and then tells me to "kindly wait" for the re-scheduled delivery date that was 5 days out from my originally scheduled delivery! Seriously?!? Furthermore, I never got to speak to a supervisor. I then cancelled my order. Needless to say, I will not be ordering any other items from Office Depot. Terrible customer service. read more

I purchased a desk to have delivered to my home. First of all it was placed on the porch then the delivery guy said I didn't pay for threshold. So I called the store to ask why wasn't I informed that it was nothing more then delivery. And if I wanted it assembled that it would have been a extra charge which I wouldn't have thought it was free Duh. But I was never told anything about the process & was told if I wanted it I should have asked. Needless to say as soon as I can find someone with a truck it's going back to the store. Oh by the way she said I can come back all the way to the store and pay for assembly Girl bye. You will see this desk returned as soon as possible. And no one answers the Corporate Office phone. I was unable to cancel my online order. I made an order at 2 am. There were no available options to cancel. My complaint is as follows: I was not allowed to cancel my order right after I made my order. There were no options available to me to be able to cancel my order. The website needs to offer the ability to cancel one's order, if not, then it is a bad business practice. If you do not allow people to cancel their orders then that is stealing. There was no way I could cancel it. Your business needs to fix this because it is like stealing from people. Your business cant decide to refund my money because your business decided it doesnt want to refund money to customers so that it can steal money. I ordered 2 gallons of cleaning disinfectant at 2am. I decided I wanted to cancel the order when I found it for 65% less at another online store. There was no 'cancel my order' button. I looked under the HELP section, and the only options were to call them or do a Live Chat the next morning. I tried to do the Live Chat but it is closed overnight. Then at 10 am I called and got a machine answering service, there was once again, no option to cancel my order; I asked the machine service if I could speak to someone to cancel my order, and they transferred me, instead of to a person, to my account. I made a complaint on Live Chat, I asked why cant I cancel my order? I was told it is because my order 'has already been fulfilled". I took a look at my order status, it said "processing"; I told the Live Chat Agent that my order was not yet fulfilled, it was still processing. And she said, it doesn't matter, she still cant cancel it, and I have to wait for the item to ship and then I have to return it. I sent her a screenshot showing that my order is still processing and is not yet fulfilled. I told her I tried to cancel it at 2 am but I was unable to. She said, 'I am so very sorry, I cant do anything about that". I told her it was bad business practice to not allow me to cancel my order. They are stealing people's money online. You can have your system engineers change your system so that you can allow people to cancel their orders. dont tell me that you dont have that ability. this is bad business practice. read more

So I just left this store and I'm very pleased and amazed with an employee so much that I had to do this review. So I walked in an was immediately greeted by this employee of office Depot. I explained to him that I tried to do my business online but it just wasn't working out. He explained how it was a simple fix and showed me how to email it directly to the store. He printed my tickets up in less than 7 minutes. That employee name is kale. So Thanks a bunch and I appreciate your Top Notch service so much. Keep up the good work. Great location. Set off of Veterans Memorial Blvd in a strip mall of 2 other stores. Ample parking. Friendly helpful staff. Items inside the store are easily locatable. Some of the services available are lamination, copying, printing, just to name a few. These are services that I've taken advantage of on several occasions. And I must add, I was quite pleased with the process & outcome. I find pricing to be a little more than say WalMart, but for the selection size, it's fair. KALE, The associate in the print department is awesome ! He was very attentive to every customer regardless to the volume. Very accommodating and acknowledged mainly all customers who came to print and entering the building. I suffer from anxiety disorder, and I was overwhelmed with trying to get all of my documents together. Kale put me at ease. Thank you! read more

Most unpleasant experience I've had at Office Depot yet, I wish these stores would hurry up and close already! Rude and nothing ever works

This location never has items at the store and it is an act of congress to it. I can spend an hour shopping for an item, pull the ticket to purchase and low and behold everytime ... at the checkout register - I stand there and wait and wait for an item that is never in the store..... Explain to me why have barcoded tickets on display to purchase an item that is not in stock ... and than to be told that it is up to the Manager - if he feels like picking up the item up from another store for you or be told you can go to another location..... Ok, did they really think I choose that locatin because it was out of my way? What happen to Customer Service? And all that good stuff to keep a customer coming back ..... The last 3 times I've tried to purchased something they didn't have it...... read more

I bought over $350 worth of office supplies yesterday. Paid for my blueprint waited more than 15 minutes and still couldn't get my blueprint printed. I sent my secretary today to print two more blueprints and she's been there for an hour waiting and still the blueprints have not been printed. read more

I had to get a few rehearsal dinner invitations printed here and Kale (I think was his name) was so knowledgeable and friendly! I ended up getting the invitations printed two to a page (Kale formatted it for me!) which saved me money! I would definitely come back here and recommend this location to any one who has printing needs!! I did have to wait (like 5 mins) but Kale and the other associate were working to help each customer. I would rather wait and have someone do their job correctly than not wait and the job not be done well. Kale was awesome! read more

Please save yourself and DO NOT EVER COME HERE to print anything. I literally waited for 30 minutes in line while 1 person worked printing and every other employee stood around.
