I bought a hard drive and the sales person offered to install on my computer and along with my old files and I just had to leave my computer there for a day. When I went back to pick up my computer they said they had not moved my files yet so I had to come back later. When I finally got my computer, some files were missing on my new computer. The total service was about $130 and even though a new hard drive probably just cost $80, but my computer was working again, so I was not upset. But then I realize office depot put my credit card on file without my permission, each year I was charged for subscription for tech service $130 and MacAfee $100 (which increased this year). I contacted them for three years and they never solved this problem. I ended up got charged $720 service I never used. I bought a printer about a month ago. Almost every business you deal with keeps your phone number and all of your transactions. I even went to a podiatrist recently who had records from 20 years ago. All I need to do is say my name. But at Office Depot after 3 weeks they erase you. You don't exist. My printer broke down within a month. I even had bought some insurance for it because I know how printers react to using them. They simply don't work very well after maybe a year maybe a little more this one only lasted about 4 weeks. But when I went back to exchange it They couldn't find me. They believe that I had bought it there. But there was nothing they could do about it because I didn't have a receipt. I get rid of my receipts because you can just keep so much paper even small little receipts. Because every business simply keeps you in their computer. Every business except office depot. They cost me a lot of money. I had to go buy another printer at a place that is reliable.. So I went to Best buy. I just said my name and up popped every transaction I had for the past 20 years. I bought a printer. I bought an insurance policy. I expect to have this printer for a couple of years before it crashes on me. But when I take it back, I'm sure to get a new one. read more

The place is pretty pricey for the "deals" they offer. I felt like buying a computer chair, because the store seemed like it could use business. However, the help dissuaded me from buying one. The selection isn't terrible. I had an unusual request later on and the manager lied to me to make me go away. He refused to work with me at all. read more

Great service, went in to resize and print some art. Super helpful and listened. Color print was good quality.

I had to have 700 postcards printed. Took them in and they were done exactly as I asked, and were cut to specific size for insertion into envelopes. I, unexpectedly, had more printing the next day, over 450 pieces, several originals, some double sided, one single sided with diffferent number of copies. Tom was working in the printing/copying center both times and couldn't have been better, got the job done exactly as I asked within the time frame of several hours that I needed them. He even found me a 25% off coupon that saved my non-profit almost $75. He was knowledgeable, had great customer service and provided an all round great experience for me as a customer. read more

we went specifically for a buy 2 get 1 free on printer paper and a 20% off coupon- and that went fine- but unless you have some deal like that, this place didnt seem all too good. it was a sad store. it had that feeling like even the merchandise knew that everyone goes to best buy now or office max and it was sad. i wanted to get something to make it feel better cause it definitely had low self esteem. crappy selection on pretty much everything from back to school stuff to computer bags. you want to root for this place but cant deny that its got months to live. read more

I made an order and two weeks later they cancelled it claiming it's not "in stock" but they do in fact have it in stock. This isn't the first time this has happened. There is a reason these stores are failing. read more
