She was professional, knowledgeable, made great suggestions regarding my project and did it all with a smile. The store was stocked but slightly disorganized. I needed to make copies and one of the self serve machines was not working. The line was small but they had only 2 people working and it took forever. The bathroom was gross and one of the employees was locked in the handicapped stall having a weird phone conversation. Gross read more

Phares and Jeanna were super helpful and friendly. I had plenty to take care of so I was in there for a few hours but got everything taken care of. Phares helped me with the printing, and plenary of laughs. Jeanna helped with the copies and making a pocket sized copy of my credential for convenience. Super awesome service. This is the one right across from Wal-Mart right?? Well, I just love this Office Depot because I got a great laptop for my mom on Black Friday, at like 6:30 pm for 328 Dollars!! The place wasn't crowded, they still had most stuff in stock and the staff was very friendly and helpful! read more

Old store, understaffed, old technology. But they've got Rocky Mount monopolized so what's the big deal??

Great staff. Always asking the right questions so I can get what I need the time. Even if they don't know how something works or not knowing what product I might be looking for they always find someone how can help; even if it is a different store or company. When I was looking for a monitor for gaming they showed me what they have but the person in the tech department suggested going there website to see more choices that would suite what I was looking for.
