I would give them a 0 (zero) if it were an option. I mailed a package on Wednesday, paid $50.00 for overnight. The package was not delivered on Thursday. Today is Friday and the package is at the distribution center. UPS will not allow it's employees to give customers the name and address to distribution centers. I offered to have someone pick up the package. I was told the package may not be available for pickup and they do not deliver on Saturdays. The store called customer service and they are also powerless. They will only repeat the location of the package information. Great, I know where the package is, I know why the package was delayed..now what good has all of this information done if they are going to hold the package hostage? This one mistake by UPS will possibly cost us $800.00.

The Navis GM in North Carolina was a poor communicator, not returning my calls and showing no detectable remorse. The folks on the receiving end were helpful, but they never located the rug and finally the insurance paid for its loss. There was another part of the shipment that did make it to me that contained some pottery. One art piece arrived broken. A piece was actually missing from it, which indicates they broke it when they packed it. Dealing with Navis was a terrible and upsetting experience.
