I purchased the print of house plans online, paid at the time of order and was informed by the website the order would be complete by 7pm the following day. While ordering I checked the box to receive a text then the print was complete so that I could pick it up earlier as it was only 16 pages and may not take over 24 hours to complete. I hung around town and waited until 7pm when I decided to go into the store to inquire. The print was complete but I was not notified. I will use other options next time, this was not a $50 print job, I chose Office Depot for convenience and it backfired.

Visited store today to purchase ink cartridge. Have been using this location and store for many…read moreyears and am always satisfied with their merchandise. However, today the guy at the register was so rude. I witnessed his disrespect for the customer in front of me and when I approached him he was incredibly rude to the point that he even rolled his eyes at me and made a face because I could not understand what he was saying.I had to ask him 3 times what he was saying and apologized because I could not understand him. He looked at me and said it like he was talking to a child and his tone was very demeaning and condescending when he asked for my number. When the transaction was completed he almost tossed my bag on the counter with a scowl and immediately looked to the next person in line. He was so rude that before I left I smiled at him and said "cheer up, it's gonna get better". He just made a snide comment under his breath and in a not so kind way said "yea have a good day". (Didn't catch his name but it was 11:26 am on 06/25/25 and sale #446-3-6793-984899-24.8.1 on receipt if that helps). Hope others are not treated in this fashion.

I told the clerk, being the only employee in the store, that I needed a micro USB to USB B cable (Raspberry Pi Zero W 2 to 3D Printer). I knew they probably didn't have one. So, I'd have to cobble something with other cables. I told him I could use a USB A female to female or a Micro USB to USB A female. He picked a cable out and said here's a micro USB to USB A female. Great! Purchased for $9 plus tax. Got home, it wouldn't work. I looked at the package and noticed it said micro USB On The Go. USB OTG does not support passthrough of data. He knew exactly what I was trying to do and still offered me this cable. So, I brought it back for a return and purchased the USB A female to female connector which worked perfectly for my application. Here's where the problem started. It is clearly marked on the receipt and signage in the store that all returns are subject to an 8% restocking fee. This would have been fine had I picked out the cable and it was wrong. But the clerk picked it out, not me. He should have refunded the entire amount, but he didn't. Furthermore, they have some type of antiquated system where he had to call the owner to approve the return. He even told the owner "the customer bought the wrong cable." Of course, he didn't admit any fault. On the way out I let him know that I didn't think what he did was right, but all he did was state the return policy on the wall. When I said "but you gave me the wrong cable..." he acted like that didn't matter. I told him I would write this review, so here it is. CPU Wholesale... DO BETTER and do the right thing next time. Very dissapointed.

I went in today to drop something off and the girl told me that will be $11. I was like $11 for what I already have a pre-paid RMA form? She said for the box. I said for shipping? She said, no, just for the box. What? $11 just for an empty cardboard box? Then she asked if I wanted peanuts for an additional $8. So $11 just for a box and that doesn't even include packing material?? So don't come here expecting free boxing any more. Apparently that's done and that's not good at all. That was a good service and a large part of why I came here.
