Office Depot - The photo and copy girl at Office Depot had the worst customer service ever - Office Equipment Near Me - Shreveport, Louisiana

Visited store today to purchase ink cartridge. Have been using this location and store for many years and am always satisfied with their merchandise. However, today the guy at the register was so rude. I witnessed his disrespect for the customer in front of me and when I approached him he was incredibly rude to the point that he even rolled his eyes at me and made a face because I could not understand what he was saying.I had to ask him 3 times what he was saying and apologized because I could not understand him. He looked at me and said it like he was talking to a child and his tone was very demeaning and condescending when he asked for my number. When the transaction was completed he almost tossed my bag on the counter with a scowl and immediately looked to the next person in line. He was so rude that before I left I smiled at him and said "cheer up, it's gonna get better". He just made a snide comment under his breath and in a not so kind way said "yea have a good day". (Didn't catch his name but it was 11:26 am on 06/25/25 and sale #446-3-6793-984899-24.8.1 on receipt if that helps). Hope others are not treated in this fashion. read more

I was told Office Depot does not review Yelp but I'm sure this will help others making a decision to go or not. My wife sent me to have copies made and told me to make sure Johnathan was there and if he is not to hold off. I wounded why... Had an awesome experience; after waiting for copies to be made. I noticed how Johnathan was able to help several customers with limited delays. What we call under pressure, seems nothing to him as he helped several people quickly. multi- tasking is an understatement for him. So much respect for his professionalism. I now understand why it best to wait for jonathan as he took the time to assist everyone but also considerate of peoples wait time. read more

Service sucks here. Wow. Stood in like for 3-5 minutes while the cashier talked to a customer checking them out and even whipped out her phone and carried on the conversation like I didn't even exist... needless to say I left my stuff and walked out. I can only hope the manager saw that go on but probably not. read more

Horrible service. They failed to deliver needed items. We reordered. They would not let us add the envelopes that they failed to deliver to the order that we had to go to the store to pickup. read more

Some management guru has convinced everyone here to be aggressive about asking to help you. The manager & 2 new employees waited at the front door and assaulted me with friendliness.
