This is strictly for the Printing area of the store. I frequent this qrea and there are 2 ladies that go above and veyond to assist me. They are so friendly and when I don't do something right, their patience is unbelievable. They also have a copy machine you can use if you need something quick and don't want to wait in line. Its usually really busy, but it moves rather quickly. There are 2 machines, but one is either broken or paper jammed. read more

Printing services were impeccable! The staff, specifically Deborah, guided me through using their scanner to save a few dozen pictures to my UAB drive, then validated the integrity of my scans and converted them for me. This is the second time the Print Staff helped me. The 1st time was about a year ago, when needed 100 copies of a booklet from 1974 for a reunion. The booklets were crisp, stapled and folded to perfection at a very reasonable price. Net/Net I receive consistent service their staff! read more

I like the store. No problems with the printing department. Are they closing down at the end of the year? All the merchandise is being squeezed by spreading out things that really don't sell to make the shelf look full. Lots of items are empty and not many employees. This used to be my go to place for copies until they started charging $2.50 to have the attendant print for you- they have two machines that are difficult to use and always busy. Too bad. Speedway Printing is almost across the street at 1310 Lakewood (9856493329) and charges 14 cents. read more

Disappointed that they advertise that Office Depot paper and card stock was 1$, had every color all stacked together, and made it look as though every color was on sale, then when I went to check out I was informed that it only pertained to the white paper. When I explained to the "department manager" that it was misleading, rather than apologizing or taking accountability for the misleading information her response was "we don't have control over corporate advertisements". Just disappointed, esp as a teacher who spends a lot of money at Office Depot regularly. read more

Come here all the time for office products...they're always willing to stop whatever they're doing to show you where an item is...and seem very knowledgeable about the tech items. The only reason I'm not giving this store 5 stars (it's not their fault, sorry, they don't set the prices) is because I find their office equipment to be WAY higher than other stores (online and brick and mortar) Tried to buy a shredder for my office...wanted a heavy-duty one...all they had was well over $300...went down the street and found a comparable one for about $100 bucks. Wish the chain would get competitive with their pricing, but the staff at this particular store is amazing!!! read more

Staff is helpful here. I came to the copy center to get a personal server pad made and they did it!!!! I wasn't sure they had the resources to produce one but they made it and was ready the next day too! read more

Everyone makes mistakes it's how you deal with them. Saying that I attempted to send a package via fed ex express at their shipping center. Two days later I get a call from the postmaster saying my package is sitting at the post office. It had been put in the usps box not the fedex drop box by a Office Depot employee. This was going to cost me money to further expedite shipping to meet customer expectations. Karen at the shipping center made the situation right by overnighting my package to make my customer happy. Everyone makes mistakes but it's about how you respond to the mistake. Thanks Office Depot for righting the situation. read more

Don't use the printing department here. They are so inefficient and never have things printed on time. I should have learned after my last trip but my optimism and need for oversize printing led me back. I sent an email with a print job around lunch time. Called about 30 minutes later to make sure they received my order and they had. I asked if I could pick it up after work and they said yes. Called when I was leaving work and a new person answered. My job hadn't printed yet, nor did the new person I spoke with know about my order. I was told it would get done and I would be called as soon as it completed. I never got a phone call so I called and a new person answered. This is the 3rd person I have spoken to today. She pulled my email from lunch and started printing. I came to the store hoping it would be complete by the time I got there. It's 730 at night and I'm sitting here waiting for my stuff to print. If the staff wasn't friendly, I would have given them no stars. This is ridiculous. I will absolutely find a new place to print oversize documents. read more
