I purchased a $40 Wireless Numeric Keypad OM 5/26. I wasn't satisfied with it and attempted to return it on 6/6. They refused to take it back because of a new "no returns" return policy. The associate would not even give me store credit. No one told me about this policy when I made the purchase less than two weeks ago. Now I'm stuck with an overpriced component that I don't want. This is the closest Office depo to where I live, which is 1 1/2 hours away from me. I ordered some prints online to be delivered, I paid extra for this pages to be printed on card stock, mind you this is 67 pages. I received the prints a day later which I was super impressed. What I wasn't impressed by was the fact that they printed the pages on standard paper. I have called the 1800 number 3 times sitting on the phone for over 1 hour each time. They keep telling me the same thing, that's they will fill out a form to request that someone from the service department call me or email me regarding this matter. I received a call today from a nice girl, she was sweet but she was not able to resolve the issue. She puts her manager on the phone who's name is Jacob. A complete Asshole! He tells me that I will have to drive to the store to either get a refund or get the pages reprinted. I live over 1 hour that would be about a 3 hour trip. I told him that I would be happy to send back the wrong prints so the can send the correct one. Jacob says no, you have to be in the store. So I'm just fucked out of money. Don't shop here. His store must turn alot of profit because if he was on my staff he would be in the unemployment line for his AWFUL customer service, if you can call it service. Teachers Beware! Went with a friend to prep for the beginning of the new school year & after seeing the online ad for 0.50 notebooks (these are supplied by US, the teachers). Upon arrival we found another offer for 3 notebooks for 0.99. The store mgr, Blaine was beyond rude! After repeatedly flicking the sign that stated those were sold in limits of 6 because we asked if we could just make separate transactions to follow the policy, he snapped "You teachers are the reasons we run out of supplies and kids can't buy them." My friend made a purchase as I continued shopping and he stood everywhere I wemt glaring at me with his arms crossed. I understand there are store policies, but this was not the way to handle speaking to customers! There is absolutely no way these two teachers will ever shop there again. read more

I'll give 5 stars for Monica. She mightve saved the night. However, my experience was terrible because of a few things. Dylan seems to be one of those telling people what to do and not doing anything. I literally had to wait about 20 minutes because he wouldn't help me, he wanted someone else to do it. 2 individuals were already busy, and I really wasn't wanting anything complicated.
