Curious on the items they decide to take. I have very nice clothing, bags, etc. but some refused not because they weren't authentic but because the stitching was loose on the inside of the travel bag. I then go into the store and they have this awful ratty looking sofa....it's all a preference in taste with who is working in the back taking the items. read more

Great selection of not only clothes but furniture and home wears. A variety of everything. Its a big store and stuff is spread out so take your time and you will find amazing things. It depends on what you are looking for...I would go here if I were a decorator or looking to decorate a room... Lots of furniture and decorator items. I saw an amazing electronic recliner upholstered in a grey suede fabric for $175. Compared to purchasing new it as a heck of a deal and in great shape without wear.There are a large number of home decorator items like vases, pillows, lamps, lamp shades, etc. Some clothing, but not a LOT. I did not see any books or DVD's. Lots of jewelry most very inexpensive costume type. The store itself is laid out very well and extremely well lit. Very well merchandised. I would definitely go here if furnishing or decorating was my goal. They do have a discount room in the back of the store. read more

For large furniture items in excellent condition sell it yourself on FB market place or Nextdoor. What you end up getting from USA after sale is not worth it. They offered to priced my 4 pieced beautiful furniture set total $1300. I would get 50% if sold at that price. It was was worth so much more. I sold it myself for $2000 cash. The other thing I gave 2 stars for is the Wentzville USA store has the most rudest people working there. Starting with the women management. However There is a gentleman named Cody that seems to be very friendly over the phone and pleasant, not sure of his position but he is great and very helpful. The women in the back that takes in the cloths is the worst. Not because she rejects your items, but because of her attitude and nasty tone, and when you try to have a general conversation with her like " Hi, how is your day going? " she ignores you. Her facial expressions are irritable, to say the least. When she does reject an item of clothing, she never explains her reason for it. And ignores you. She definitely does not act like she enjoys her job. Or meeting any of the customer. If this was my employee, she would be gone. You walk in and the customer before you has a choice name for her, saying " good luck she is a B___ch!" Warrenton USA. This location is a world of difference. Everyone in that location is kind and happy and willing to help you. The lady taking in the items was very pleasant and helpful. What items she could not accept she gave a reason why not and offered for you to bring it back in a different season when they would be ready for it then, or what ever the case made be. The whole process was a pleasant experience and the employee was smiling and held a normal conversation and invite me to stay or come back to shop around the store. Something Wentzville can make note of. I do have some things in Wentzville USA. hopefully my things will sell at a good price point. However I will think twice before taking anything in there again until they change their attitude, employee and management team with more professionals I was in marketing and national sales for 23 years and know this is not how you treat customers that walk through your door to do business. read more

The staff of this shop are extremely rude; from the drop off to the cash register. They treat you like they are doing you a favor checking you out when you are SPENDING MONEY or taking in your items. I say get rid of them and start over. You'd be better off donating your items to an organization that appreciates you and your business. read more

This is a great place to buy some lightly used, no longer needed products. They have some nice items. But if you are the person that is selling them, I give them a thumbs down. They sell your stuff fast and get their commission, understood. I would have done better selling them myself on CraigsList or the Wentzville Buy Sell Trade page on Facebook! I'm not greedy, and I wasn't expecting a landfall of cash. But the items I took there were definitely worth more than $102 after commission. The lawnmower alone was worth that! I understand how they keep the lights on in this store. Not happy with the result! Will not visit nor recommend. One step below a shady pawn shop. read more

Solid store that sells lightly used items at a discount. Nothing is garbage. Comparing prices to new saves quite a bit. Bought what was clearly a $300 mirror there for less than $100 in great shape! Selling is reasonable of a split. Better than other consignment shops. They do sell at their pace which is in their contract to move items through. Things can't just hang around after all. They aren't a warehouse storage location. If you want to make more off your stuff, take the time, energy, and hassle to sell it yourself with hagglers online. Your choice. This is easy and effortless and you get a few bucks for your stuff instead of nothing. I read the one star review down below. I've seen that review before on Facebook. They had to be escorted out of the store by police. Sounds like a real winner. They seemed to want everything for themselves and took no consideration for what it takes to get things sold. Nice, bright store. Great selection of furniture and home things. And their inventory seems to change quite often. Consignment process is really simple. They don't take clothing, but they'll accept most anything else that is decent quality. I think their current split is 55/45 (55% for the store and 45% for the consignee), which could be better but it's still ok. The nice thing is they have good quality items, so usually if one of your things sells it will sell for a decent amount of money. I almost always find something there that I come home with. Staff is really friendly and upbeat. No complaints there. Overall 5 stars. read more

The wife and I went looking for resale/consignment shops for something to pass time. This was our second stop and we both found it to be a great place due to it being well lit, clean, large selections of items and great value pricing. You will find a range of new to antique items throughout. Items seen range from jewelry, candles, clothing, small appliances, holiday items, and furniture. I'd like to have seen more electronic items as they were scarce. We found a section near the back which had $1.00 Clearance items. We actually bought one, but when we brought it up to the friendly woman at the counter, she said it wasn't a dollar that they mark their clearance items with another colored X on the tag. However we both only saw the color we brought up on the rest of the items. She was ok with doing it for a dollar though. The other nice perk about this place is their rewards points. I can't recall how they work, but after they add up, you can use them on regularly priced items in the future. This location is also a USPS shipping center. As a bonus they do custom paintings on items. You pick the color and they paint it. read more

This place sells your stuff for almost nothing and keeps over have of the money. I will never take anything to them again. I could have kept what I took there in my gargage and made more money. They sold it for practically nothing.They told me they new how to price things. I don't think so. Can not say enough bad things about them and their customer service stinks!!!!!!!!One star is too good. read more
