However, several of the employees are very rude and I always feel I need to brace myself before going in. Tonight I placed an order for an 8"x10" color copy laminated poster for a class I'm teaching in the morning... The service representative told me their policy had changed as of January 1st & he was not allowed to print it for me the same day. I would need to place my order (for ONE color copy) and return to pick it up tomorrow. And of course, they open after the start of my CLASS ~ As if I would return for one copy anyway! I told him I had just ordered the same thing one week ago (1/31) so I know this "policy change" he's describing is not accurate but he refused to serve me. Then he proceeded to stand there doing nothing but yell at me all the way out the door about how he is too busy to stop & print my order. I will not be back.

She made specialized print and when my laptop was not working she took the time and helped me download it agian . she knows the store like the back of her hand, any time a costumer would come in she would say "Hi how can i help you " even if she was doing something.
