My order placed on 7/5/23 at Office Depot has been a nightmare. Thirty minutes after placing the…read moreorder, my employee at the delivery address, notified me that he was going to be out of town. I spent 45 minutes on line (mostly waiting!) with your 800 number employee, was finally reassured they had changed the delivery address to my address. Before I could confirm this change, the person on the 800# line hung up on me!!! I tried the Home Depot store near my office/home and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Orders weren't handled by them. I called the 800# again, waited again for well over 30 minutes, and was told the shipment would not be left at the address unless they got a signature from the person at the delivery address. WELL, THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN. I WAS LIED TO. At 11:30 Thursday, 7/6/23, I got an email saying the order had been delivered. Horrors! How easy it is to steal deliveries when no one is home!! At a great inconvenience, I drove several miles to the delivery site, found the order sitting in plain site on the front step. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS! Your VEYER service is HORRIBLE! Service people lie. Delivery people don't follow instructions. I shall stop ordering from Office Depot because of Veyer.

I recently had to move offices and contacted Chris Springer at All Furniture. Chris told me that…read morethey were quite busy on the day that I needed to move, but that she would make sure to fit me in. On the day of moving, I found out that my lease had been delayed and that I wasn't able to move into my new space. Embarrased, I called Chris to tell her that I would have to re-schedule and she cheerfully told me not to worry and that she would handle it. Unfortunatley, I had to call and reschedule 2 more times after that due to a complete screw up at my new office space. Through all of it, Chris was fantastic to work with and found a way to keep moving me around. On the day I finally moved, the movers were not only on time, they were early and did a great job of getting me into my new space. All Furniture, you have a wonderful employee in Chris Springer and you should be aware of what outstanding customer service that she provides. If I ever have to move offices again, there is no question that I will call All Furniture first. Thank you Chris!!!!
