I think they should quote you the square footage amount that they charge if they do not have someone on-site to do the quote. Two workers showed up to do the job early when we were out (outside of the time window) which disrupted our plans. I rushed home and they quoted us $680!!! I felt very rushed and pushed to just go with their quote since the other guy had started before I even signed the papers! It was way more than we expected and I was disappointed with how much pressure they applied to me. They did not show me evidence of the necessary 'pet treatment' since they did not show me where their blacklight showed spots. When I seemed hesitant they also stated that it would cost me $2500 to replace this carpet. I immediately spoke to a contractor who said absolutely not it would be about $1100 plus tax. I might as well have gotten new carpet! I will never go with this company again. I am very unimpressed at how unprofessional they were. They need to update their policy to provide a true quote before work has started and I should have had time to consider it or say no.

The stairs have zigzags so you see anywhere between 2 to 3 inch gaps against the edges. I have off white carpets so it's very noticeable and I made it very clear that I have two dogs and have never had the carpets professionally cleaned and needed a thorough cleaning as I am in the process of getting my house ready to sell. This half-assed cleaning job is the last thing I expected considering they have really good reviews on line. I am so very disappointed.

He left the carpet more wet then past cleaners, and after a few hours, I noticed the carpets weren't cleaned (seems to have just been water, no chemicals / soap / cleaner) - the minor juice stains on the carpet remained, and the staircase was more smelly then it was before. I called him and he said everything was clean, that he has been doing this for 20 years and that he has no complaints. I doubt this, even though there are no reviews for or against him and his business posted, so here I am posting mine.
