And while they have a great selection of the sort of journals I'm using, they did not have the exact one in the same style that I need to refill my pad. Please just visit any of the surrounding electronic supply stores as this place as ran by the Manager on Duty, Ryan, are the worst. I made a purchase last week for a WiFi router which did not comply with the dimensions of my home so the coverage was spotty. Purchase was made with a debit card and PIN number. I went into the store with the original receipt, the item in perfect condition and my ID. I explained that I did not have the actual debit card used for purchase however I know most cases they just provide you cash. The router was less than $60. He made a big deal on my needing the card which I explained my situation and was told there was nothing he could do. I contacted another location about 15mins away, spoke with a supervisor and was told if the card wasn't available, they would apply it to any of debit card I had available. I returned back into the store and advised Ryan of my conversation and was told "well you can return it back there". I felt humiliated, insulted and belittled by someone who calls themself a manager would say that. I will contact corporate and make a formal complaint as well as reach out to Crystal, the store manger. read more

I visited the store close to opening. It appeared clean and organized. I went to print department to have some things printed. The employee was very helpful and even worked hard to make one of my copies less blurry. Copies were reasonably priced. Although I spent less than $1 I still felt very well taken care of. read more

Nothing more frustrating than entering a store for a specific item that you can't find and receive little to no help looking for. The stores's website indicated this particular item was in stock. There were several sales members on the floor and no one offered to help me once. I had to go ask the cashier for help, who was the most helpful of them all. He asked several associates to check stock and try to find the item as he was able to verify two were in store. He also asked the manager who was less than thrilled to be bothered with this. Anyway, the item was never located and I still purchased other items. A coupon was placed in the bag for future purchase...it expired in June. Lol Will try Staples next time. read more

The print shop is probably the worst run printer in office max lineup. Shoddy work that they regularly have to redo and they never call you when it's done like they say they will. Incompetence is the norm here. read more

I recently moved to Charlotte and needed my resume for an interview. I went here to get some printed. Although I did have to wait a long time till it was my turn the lady (don't know her name but she had braids and a hat on) there was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed when it was my turn and that I left satisfied. If I could do it over I wouldn't change a thing besides Next time I'll go earlier in the day. But they really should have someone else back there helping her. The store wasn't that busy I think someone else would make things go faster. I know she was doing the best she could. Thank you! read more
