I went to this location on 4/12/26 and asked "Tim" for help with shredding some documents. He stopped what he was doing and immediately helped me. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. I went in to print a few documents. The process was fast and efficient. I was in and out quickly and staff was helpful.

I normally do not have any issues at this location as I come here a lot to print for my business. I came to this location this morning had a a good customer service experience asked a a question about bringing my banner back that I made to get the holes put in them so I can hang it up . I was told yes it was fine by the employee and it would only be 25 cent for each ring. Well I just left this location really bothered, as I came here to print more stuff off and to get the rings put in my banner I did not receive the same experience this morning . I approached the desk and the vibe wasn't there I'm trying to explain to him that I spoke to an employee this morning about the rings being put in , he "asked why wasn't it done this morning "? I told him I did not have the banner with Me and as I am trying to explain to him that I have to pay for it like the morning employee told me, he brushed me off saying " you're good you're good go go " and started to sigh under his breathe ,Like I just bothered him so badly about getting two rings put in my banner. I do business there way too often and that experience really made me consider going to a different location or printing shop. read more

Office Depot is the happy place for all things office. Chairs, electronics, printers, paper, et al. Love the self-service section. Things you can copy or print without staff assistance. Staff is close by in case things get stuck or you get in over your head, lol. read more

Recently my experiences in retail places haven't been very pleasant. I believe it's mostly due to short staff everywhere. But my experience today was different. Samir and Carly did their best to help me with the self service printer. There were many people in line, a few in which were unnecessary rude to the employees. But they both handle it well, better than I could! So it's important they get recognized. Both young employees, and both did what they could to ensure I left pleased with my experience. Be patient when coming here, and remember the employees are people too. And they're really trying their best! read more

Good selection of office supplies.... some of the items I went to go get seemed a little expensive though... $10 for a 3 ring binder? Maybe I haven't bought office supplies in a long long time, but the sticker shock was a bit much. I went in with the intention of getting maybe 5-6 binders and I only bought 1 :( I guess it depends on what you are looking for, but aside from the binder fiasco... the other items I've purchased from here haven't been too bad: tabs and sticky notes (anything that has a post-it brand) and some writing implements. They also have furniture, but my office furniture at my house usually consists of me sitting on the floor and spreading papers around me. read more

Brand new look suckers you in. Came to make large purchase of computers and desks gentleman apparently did not feel like assisting me because he was very friendly and suggested a sales person from I guess corporate call me. One for the furniture and someone else for the computers. He said within 24 hours I would receive these calls. No call. Called the 800 number, no help there. First the transfer dropped my call. Then I called back lady gave me a number for the furniture and one for the computers. They ended up being the company that puts their furniture together and the other was the help desk. Wasted A LOT of time. read more

The worst customer service I have ever seen and not just 1 employee, but several. The department managers act as if they are doing you a favor by doing their job. The Office Depot in Concord has a great friendly helpful team. Avoid this store !! read more

This is the closest office depot from my home so it's the only place I visit for any of my office supply needs. I have been here a lot and one thing I noticed is that their tech guys are lot more knowledgeable and helpful than Best Buy. I remember I did it twice when I would visit this location for all my question abt any LCD TV or Laptop I am buying and than I visit Best Buy to go get it because BB had it couple of hundred bucks cheaper than OD. I have used their printing service, copy service and shipping where they were very helpful every single time. read more

I had a difficult time finding this Office Depot. For future reference, it's on the side of the street with FireWater, Chic-Fil-A, etc. The store was well kept, but there didn't appear to be many people working. When I was ready to check out, I had to find a cashier. She was very nice and was able to point me in the direction of an item I had forgotten. Quick checkout too. read more
