Dropping off a return today the associate didn't acknowledge or greet me instead she picked up her phone and carried on a conversation walked to the Party City register to attend to a customer who was already waiting. She then returned to the Amazon register, still not speaking and accepted my returns. Giving her credit she did say Thank you, however she didn't inform me that they no longer give receipts for returns and that I would receive an email within 24 hours from Amazon. Thankfully I learned earlier this week of this change.. I hope she's also informing others. Todays service 3 stars...
