Needed a filing cabinet , bought a filing cabinet... on sale for about a third off. Read the reviews from Amazon, you are better off just coming here and buying an assembled steel filing cabinet in a box. No drama, no dings, no broken shelves, etc. Brought a folding dolly to make the moving easier. read more

Don't come here unless you're planning to leave your item overnight. Just wanted a couple of copies and the teenager running the place says "it's after 2 so you have to put in a work order and leave it". It was 2:30 BTW. GO ACROSS THE STREET TO FEDEX! Nice lady walked me to the printer and ran it through in 5 minutes. read more

I came in here to get packing material for a gift. They had a great selection of shipping boxes and packing materials at a reasonable price. I was in.l and out in a flash. They also had hand sanitizer, toilet paper and masks for sale. No cleaning supplies though. read more

Just like any other OfficeMax/ office supply store. Nothing special here. I went in looking for one of those hard plastic/rubber mats that you put under a wheeled office chair as not to damage the carpet with your rolling around and such. Went in, and was miraculously greeted by an associate asking if I was looking for anything in particular. He pointed me in the direction I needed to go, and I was off. Found what I was looking for and an "OKAY" price, and checked out and left. Pretty painless. Three stars because it definitely isn't amazing, and there isn't stellar service, either. It's pretty lackluster, to be honest. Also, it isn't as well organized and neat as it could be (maybe my standards are too high). read more

Came here to get Siri a desk, chair, and printer for school. Service was helpful without being too pushy. The guy even tried to down-sell us on a printer. When all was said and done we scored a desk for $85, a nice leather chair that was 50% off and had been marked down to $75, and a HP PhotoJet C4780 that was marked down to $69 from $99. Guy helped us out to the truck with the boxes. It was definitely a little out of the way from Aiken but selection here was much better than any of the places there. read more

My friend -- a Black professional who was simply asking about layout options -- was met with passive-aggressive condescension by an older white employee named Celia. You know the type: the kind of person who starts sentences with "I'm not saying you people..." but definitely finishes them in her head. The conversation somehow veered into unsolicited personal commentary and vibes so uncomfortable we needed a commercial break. It was like watching an HR violation in slow motion. Whether it was outdated attitudes, a lack of training, or just a deep misunderstanding of the 21st century, the whole interaction left a bad taste -- one that can't be covered up by your discount fabric samples or "government contract pricing." The rest of the experience? Chaotic. Mismatched desk parts. Quotes that disappeared into the void. A showroom that looks like OfficeMax threw up and nobody cleaned it up since 2003. If Augusta Business Interiors is "shaping workspaces," then I'd like to un-shape mine, immediately.
