I came in here to get help packing up a laptop that I was submitting to my employer. My employer…read morepaid for the UPS box + shipping label, so all I had to do was pack it up + drop it off at the location, but I wanted their help to make sure it was packaged securely so that the laptop wouldn't get damaged. The woman at the counter used 1 strip of tape to seal the box, and I asked her if she could add some more tape just to be safe. She said it was my job to do that, that their job is just to mail it.... I'm sorry, I thought I was at a mail center and not Walmart.

Longtime customer, deeply disappointed -- avoid this location…read more I've been a loyal customer of the UPS Store on Dawsonville Highway (Store #6134) for years and have always had great experiences -- until today. We accidentally cut the wrong label on one of two packages being shipped and simply needed it corrected. Rather than handling it professionally, the owner stepped in and proceeded to lecture me about the implications and difficulty of fixing the mistake, speaking to me as though I were a child. There was no patience, no warmth, and no acknowledgment that mistakes happen. What made it worse was watching how she interacted with her own employees -- short, dismissive, and condescending. It was clear this isn't just how she treats customers. I've used UPS Stores for years across many locations and have consistently received excellent service. This experience was a stark exception. If you're in Gainesville, skip this location and choose one of the other UPS Stores in the area. I won't be returning to this one.

He was able to create a banner, sign and finish out my logo when I was in time sensitive situation. Literally, I had two other graphic designers over the past year and a half attempt to make my logo design but they were unsuccessful. Mike got my vision for my logo right, plus the banner and sign produced in less time than I knew was possible. Thank you Applied Images, I appreciate your business being a physical location I could walk in. They even offered to help me put my sign in my vehicle. Great customer service!

When I drove 1 hour to see the "in stock" item, mysteriously, it wasn't there And they weren't sure if they actually had it in a warehouse or not. They were quick to encourage me to go look at their "New" furniture line downstairs. They took my phone number and promised to call me once they were able to search their offsite warehouse for the cabinet, No call... but I see they remove about 20 cabinets from their online website In the last two days. They reminded me of a used cars salesman with the old bate and switch To get you into their store and buy something more expensive. Recommend if you find something you really want, go into the store, don't buy on line with this company. They'll be glad to take your money, not sure they can deliver what you ordered.
