I was told "honey I do this all the time, I know what I need". I was polite and respectful even though SHE canceled my return and didn't even apologize. So I hauled 2 4' round rugs into this store at noon on a Wednesday to get them shipped back. At the time, there were 3 employees, 2 of which weren't doing all that much. They helped me carry the rugs once they saw me at the door, and then one of them took the lead in entering my info. While the gentleman was helping me, a trickle of other customers came in. The three worked quickly and efficiently to address everyone's concerns, and even apologized to the wait for the last few customers. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, not bad considering that I didn't have a pre-printed return slip, and I was shipping two items. I was given the receipt with the tracking number highlighted for each package for peace of mind. They've got shipping supplies, including specialty boxes, and they even provide the tape. They've also got an assortment of cards for purchase to send with whatever gift you're shipping. I'm a fan of the USPS and normally, I'd send my packages through them.
