If you need help or have a question, ask for Ama the store manager. Managers like her are a customer's short-term solution and a company's competitive advantage. At this store, I have had to practically beg employees to do their jobs. Ama's treatment of the public as actual customers with money to spend seems to be rubbing off. Now, the employees will look me in the eye instead of looking for a place to hide and I no longer drive out of my way to avoid this location. Who knows what's going on with regional management, but everyone like Ama seems to have moved on awhile back. Having at least one of her is great. read more

I am older and was having problems making copies on the copy machine and they were not buzy at all. This worker name Sara was there sitting on a chair and I told her I was having problems she wouldn't get up just kepted saying do this and do that and then just repeated it over again and gave me a nasty look. Never did get up so a customer heard her and came and helped me and I thanked her and Sara just kept sitting. Customers service is hard and people are not easy sometimes but really you would think she could have walked over and helped no she wasnt doing it. It's hard to find caring people nowdays. read more

The printing center is a hassle. Last couple times I went there, the girl at the desk didn't know how to print double sided sheets. And when I tried having business cards printed on blank Avery cards I had brought, the printer ate it up (one manager already apologized for that incident) The next time I went, I had to print an advertisement for my boss. I went in and asked for a print. The lady there looked at my file on the screen and just said "I can't print this" I said "No? Why?" I had a feeling it was either because of their copyright policy or because of the content on the ad. (I work for an adult novelty shop, and the ad was for a Doc Johnson adult toy. It did not contain nudity or pictures of the product; but I thought maybe the name of the product wasn't appropriate) I would've been ok if she said something like, I'm sorry I can't print because of the content/copyright/etc. But instead she was kinda rude, and didn't even answer my question. All she said was "I can't print it. Nope nope nope. Try the library. Sorry" if you cant print something, you don't have to be rude about it. At least explain to the customer why you can't do it. The nature of my work doesn't mean you can be rude to me. Its not like I was printing nasty dirty photos. It was a an advertisement for a legitimate business. Again, I understand they have policies, but I guess I wouldn't know because they never answered my question. read more

This location is ok. The staff can be hit or miss. I did receive great customer service my last visit but the other two times I went they were actually downright rude. This place is great in a pinch when ur printer breaks and you need something printed off the flash drive. Other then that idk. read more

Was in one day to set up a print job, spent 15-20 min going over the details & prices. The next day i come in to place the order & the girl behind the counter tells me she doesn't thinknthey do that type of printing. WHATT??? I explain I've already set up the job. Nope. I would have to speak to a supervisor...and of course , no supervisor on duty. She walked around the whole time with me following her from the other side of the counter. I had to actually say "hey! I'm talking to you!" This place either needs better training or more intelligent employees! Rotten service!! read more

Awful customer service. Walked past four different employees this Saturday evening, and was not greeted by a single one. Just stared at me saving it was a bother I entered the store. I had five items on my shopping list from their weekly ad and they didn't have one item in stock. Left and went to Walmart where I was able to get the items price matched. To get 19 pages laminated cost $10 more than at staples! And When I dropped them off they said 30-45 minutes, when I returned they hadn't even started and said it would be another 30-45 mins, I got a refund and left. read more

Just tried buying an office desk hear. The sales girl was working it out so that we could use a 20 percent online coupon. The store manager said no he couldn't do it. We said but then we can go home and do it online. And he pretty much told us to go do that. Will never shop here again! read more

Seems like only specific people know about the specials, ask any other employees and their scratching their heads. That's on the rare occasion that I can actually be helped. It seems like almost everytime I go there, everyone is too busy to help me because their short staffed. I remember this one time when all of their registers were packed during "Back to school" season amd I was buying some pens. This cashier was doing 3 things at once AND training someone new ON THE BUISIEST DAY OF THE YEAR. The phone is ringing off the hook and everyone is trying to scan a million items per customer, and this ladie comes out of nowhere and yells "SOMEONE PICK UP THE PHONE" like everyone wasn't doing enough at once already. The other managers seem alright, but there's this one Named Matt. He seems like a cool manager, but no matter how cool you are with him, it seems like he likes to make fun of people. I'd hear him on occasion making fun of the cashier or the people in print. Pretty harshly too. Also I don't trust buying any devices there. Instead of keeping their storage in a well climate controlled room like Best Buy does, they keep them in a side room that is as climate controlled as a battered shack. Any freak deep freezes or Very hot temperature spikes can ruin any device, especially when it's sitting on the shelf for an unspecified amount of time. I just don't have any good past experiences I can recall. read more
