They are ok. Nothing bad to say about the customer service. Sometimes I can be in there for almost 45 min for a single stamp being made. I can find better prices at Staples or online. read more

As a California yelp and Google reviewer visiting Killeen often for family this is one of the WROSE office Max I have ever had the miss fortune of walking into, there is only 1 staff member assisting customers and there is a long wait time just for simple task. The poor staff member looked like she was so out of her element as frustrated customers waiting patiently in line. I however felt that there should have been the same number of employees as there were registers. At the main entrance upon walking in you are instantly hit with ZERO welcome in and the oder of filth, dirt, pieces of ripped paper all over the place and a build up of gunk that can clearly be seen spewing out of every Crack and crevice clearly they not only laid off the JANITOR but fired him and failed to replace him. The Chairs are badly tattered and clearly worn and no upgrades have been made to them since they opened this place years ago. I did call the customer service department to voice my shock and once my call was completed I was asured by staff that the REGIONAL MANAGER of this place does not care well I assured them I bet the CEO and Investers will after my review the staff laughed at me not in a disrespectful way I got the since that many customers before me have said the same thing but I am no ordinary customer. My suggestion to the investors and CEO of this what use to be an amazing place is to FIRE your regional and appoint one who actually gives a dam about there customers leaving a positive review instead of falling asleep and ignoring the possibility of this place losing revenue quickly without your customers this place is a dead fish floating in the water. Wanted to buy a backpack. They were sealed shut. So, I took the time to look up videos online. Looks like it would work well for me. Go to the front, no cashiers. Kinda walked around the front waiting for someone to come around, they never did. Went and waited right by the register for about a minute. Nope; no one. Left the $100 bag I planned on purchasing on the counter and walked out. Can it be poor customer service when I got NONE? read more

Printing issues, would not recommend. It feels like people just don't want to work. Get your prints done somewhere else.

I visited twice, once to buy a cordless mouse and once to use up Rewards by buying snacks. Friendly people but faded décor. Good store Wi-Fi, 45 Mbps download. Not the widest selection of cordless mice but enough for what I needed read more

Kayla in the print center was amazing. First off, her personality is superb. Secondly, she went ahead and processed my order even though I arrived to the store before it was due -- my mistake. Without any hesitation, she processed my order and maintained a great attitude while doing it. We even commented on the music playing above and how infectious it was. Mainly came here to have my Goldilocks moment trying to find a computer chair that was "just right" because my el cheapo one at home wasn't cutting it anymore. I never realized how expensive these chairs could be and it was somewhat off-putting, but I went ahead and tested them out anyway. Of course, I tried out the lower-end priced models (hey, maybe I'm the cheap one after all!) and didn't really notice much of a difference compared to the one I have at home. Being a nurse for so many years, with most of that time spent in a combined medical-surgical/bariatric unit, really didn't do any justice for my back - so I needed a chair with sufficient lumbar support. After sitting in so many chairs, I finally found the one. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but it was on sale for $100 off (originally $399.99 - which I was informed the price would go back to normal the next day). This would've easily been a 4-star review, however, I've encountered several issues: - The box was extremely heavy and there wasn't any help to be found when needing assistance to purchase the chair. The office furniture section was completely deserted. So, despite my dissuasion, my impatient boyfriend decided to just hoist it over his shoulder and walk towards the checkout. Several uninterested employees walked past us without offering him any help - that annoyed me. - The cashier lady was a bit slow with the checkout process, communication, and had several problems with the transaction. She also offered me to sign up for a Rewards+ card, which I later found I have 0 points from this purchase. Calling the 1-800 customer service line also proved to be disappointing in itself and a waste of time. My Rewards+ points are still missing. + Thank you to that ONE helpful employee who at least assisted us after checkout for placing it into our SUV. 5-stars for you, sir! read more

Clean store and products are stocked. There is just enough staff to be ok but if it gets busy then there is a wait.. Staff is friendly and helpful. As for prices.. Could be better but it is ok. Nothing special. Went in to fax and I thought it was a little high since I am faxing myself. read more

Worst customer service ever! Went to copy center for copies of 2 documents. There were 3 associates behind the counter. As the first one starts to approach me, I said "I need to get copies of a couple of documents, please." I was instructed to sign in and wait as she walks away. Should point out, there was no one else waiting. Second associate eventually wanders off after a couple of guys go up to talk to her before leaving themselves. Another customer walks up with poster board in his hand and begins working on a project with the third associate. It's been 20 minutes now and no one has acknowledged me. He, the customer, tells me "they want you to sign in". When I reply that I did, the third associate who was working with him asked what I needed and finally helped me. I would have been more than happy to do it myself and would have walked out if I could, but I really needed to get these items mailed. Needless to say, I will find another place when I need copy/print jobs done or to purchase office supplies for that matter! read more

This place needs better Managment. There is only two associates working the counter but one is working a project as at least 8 customers are waiting. No one has called back for help. 33 min to 45 min wait time. Of this was not the only place on town I would have walked out a long tine ago. This is ridiculous. read more

The same as any OfficeMax really I haven't had any problems here I go here at least a few times a year to get the resources I need for whatever project you might be working on the staff always seems nice and knowledgeable about their equipment and you get a very nice discount for printing paper as a soldier and or veteran read more

I appreciate their print center! Always so helpful! Today I witnessed their associate handle a very imposing customer ( we were all waiting our turn in line and she wasn't in line but kept asking them questions while they were with other customers, who waited. Staff member, Ray Chin Kee Fatt ( I asked for his card when it was my turn), handled her gracefully, so graceful she seemed irked...she was a pot stirrer you could tell by her behavior. Last year I used OfficeMax to print products and I never had a problem before today. Today I asked to print an 8x8 photo book with double page spreads. The woman behind the counter had no clue what I was asking as if she was drunk and incoherent to to what service was being requested. So she tried printing my book on regular paper as 8.5 x 11 and was unsuccessful. If you do not understand the terminology and how to use your own equipment in printing you do not need to be working at OfficeMax because all you are doing is frustrating loyal customers that will find another print service somewhere else. Hire someone that knows how to print. read more

This place and the people working in the printing area are rude, lazy and unpleasant. I will never ever go to this place again. My girlfriend and I walked out without being able to send our package. When they asked for our info they tried to make my girlfriend fill it out her self on their computer. Unbelievable. This place is what's wrong with businesses in Killeen, bad employees. read more

Takes way long too get help from them if your looking for a product. They would not help me with a lap top I bought from them about a month ago, unless they charge me $50. "This computer had a protection plan as well". I took it over to Computerzone who fixed it in a few minuets for free, even though I got it from this crappy place. There are other solutions for office supply's in this town, I suggest trying them. They won't get any more of my business. read more

Firstly, the service on the sales floor is ok, along with the checkouts. The service in the Printing Department need much improvements. Customers could not even use the computer for more than five minutes or else they will charge every minute. The whole store is dirty, out of date, and the merger with Office Depot did not improve the overall business. When it comes to printing, FedEx Stores does exceptional service compared to this store. read more

I was just seen by an employee that really left me with no desire to return to this store. I needed a fax.m, as I approach the counter the lady never greeted me, didn't listen to me as y was trying to explain when I needed and how I needed it, then proceeded to help the person behind me and I literally had to let her know that I was ready after the 4th time of she passing right in front of me while I held the paper in hand and looked right at her. Then she charged me and left me there while she saw someone else. Oh and I could tell she was on a call through her Bluetooth. The store was the one on Lowes blvd. Killeen. TX. I have been coming to this store for As little as possible and the service has never gotten better, sales associates have no clue and do not know the product information. "Hold on and let me find out" seems to take 3-4 people just to be told "I don't know" I have tried to avoid this store as much as possible, it saddens me that Staples closed its doors, I loved the manager and staff, they were awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. Terrible customer service. The employees at the Lowes Blvd Office Max are absolutely the worst. They are not helpful, and then they go beyond that and are flat-out rude and unprofessional. I was also quite astonished by the overinflated prices throughout the store. I don't know how this place stays in business because they have the worst prices and worst customer service in town.
