I went in looking for an SD card and was greeted immediately and asked if I needed assistance. I was directed to the correct aisle and then the guy came to me a few moments later and suggested I sign up for free to get a small discount. He was knowledgeable and directed me to a the proper SD card for my needs. I don't expect stores in this day to have employees that know anything about the products they sell. This was a welcome change. read more

I ordered several copies to be laminated for a game so I did not have to order more of the paper copies and to make it so we could just wipe off and go. The representative (a lady) did a horrible job at making my request look professionally done and all the same size and uniform. They looked horrible and totally unprofessional job! These were done in Petoskey, MI. So if your looking for professional laminating don't go here! read more

The scheduler was able to move some routine maintenance around and get us in this afternoon. Scott showed up on time and was very professional. He took care of our issue quickly and was very kind.
