I had a bad experience today with Office Depot, I called customer service (SHANTEL)…read more I inquired about a package that was suppost to be delivered today. She ends up keeping me on hold for (1 hour!) when I was trying to get a supervisor. Giving me excuses saying its a 3rd party vendor. Which if OFFICE DEPOT is using this 3rd party vendor its not my concern as a customer. The package is ending up going to a different state, random address. If I didn't reach out to VEYER they were going to send my package to a random address. VEYER chat then stated I am correct it was going to a wrong address by mistake from the shipper. When speaking to VEYER, they said they going to provide a refund for my order and reship it to my correct address. then a few minutes later they said they gave me a "credit" which is different than a "refund" so thats the other issue. He didn't know the difference between the wording (refund vs credit), so i agreed with the credit and proceed with getting my package to my correct address, then I had to waste another hour on the chat getting this sorted. Still hasn't been resolved while writing this post. I wouldn't order anything from OFFICE DEPOT, again or any service that uses VEYER. they are unprofessional and the customer service representative should be held accountable, they want to waste customers time and they are clueless at doing there jobs. -----(round 2), I call today to ask for a supervisor because yesterday they didnt resolve anything on the phone... my package as of now is going to a different address thats not mine. they didnt do anything to cancel that order or provide me a refund now my package is going to another place. Please dont order anything from OFFICE DEPOT. they give you a excuse saying its a 3rd party vendor etc.. but I didnt order from your vendor I ordered from officedepot.com who is responsible not me... you guys are. --(round 3) I just got a call from a Paula Giraldo Executive Customer Relations | Office Depot, as what I assumed they weren't going to do anything.. She said she will provide a refund in 3-7 days, I will not get my package rerouted or anything just a refund a stupid giftcard for my troubles.. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM OFFICE DEPOT.

I don't write many Yelp reviews. Mitch is a keeper, a find, a mensch, great at what he does, can't…read morerecommend him highly enough. We found him randomly at a time when my elderly mom was having a lot of computer issues and was getting confused easily. Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services. He's reasonably priced (we can't afford anything but what we need), he's communicative and he looks out to anticipate problems not just react to the ones that have already happened - which is great. Highly recommend.

Could this lady be any more miserable!?!?!?!?!? On 11/12 at 10:15am I did numerous returns to this lady, I said hello bubbly to her, no response back, did not say ONE word to me the 5 mins I stood there. I even let someone ahead of me, she did not say one word to her. I finished my returns said thank u for my receipt, still nothing!!! Woman after me said hello to her,... NOTHING was said in return!!! Why is this woman working here!?!?! She makes it sooooooo awkward and miserable!!! My God!!!! How do you not even acknowledge someone that just said hello to you! tWICE!!!!
