This place is horrible. Im one of those weird people who dig stores like this. An aisle dedicated to an assortment of pens? Yes, please. This place has all that but the people that work here downright stink. I was here yesterday with my cousin and for 10 minutes they didn't even acknowledge her as she stood at the mailing desk. Mind you, there was 3-4 employees standing around doing, what seemed like, nothing. Its a shame that customer service at this place is severely low. I work in retail and that is the number one thing you are taught, "Help the customer" Even when they are rude. You should just try your best. These people here are absolutely incredibly slow. It's shocking to see how every single time I come in this place these people take over an hour to attend a line of 4 people waiting to get one damn page printed. Smh these people here just don't care about their customers at all. They just waist your time like they could care less. I ordered a poster needed for an event so I uploaded on the website. I called and was told it would be done within an hour. I went and picked it up two hours later and was told even though they saw my confirmation that they could not locate my order. The "executive manager" did not even apologize for their mistake or offer any type of resolution. Total disgrace. Don't tell people that their order will be done in an hour if you have no clue. PLEASE READ IF YOU NEED PRINTER INK !! first off , their ink for my printer would cost $72 plus tax, i have an epson, i get it from amazon.com for a grand total of $8.99 and free shipping, it works great......the thing is, i dont use my printer often so the printer head gets clogged with dry ink, i went here to get printer head cleaner and the salesman said there no such thing, and tells me i need a new printer,then gives the sales pitch for a new one. he said hes been in the business for over 20 years and the cleaner is a scam, well, i found cleaner online, used it and it works better than new, SO THE ONLY SCAM IVE SEEN WAS HIM TRYING TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DID NOT NEED !!! read more
