I have never had an issue here. The representatives might not be the friendliest with smiles but they are efficient! And for me it works. The majority of my transactions are no cost to me because the shipping fee is covered with my return but the value of shipping is reasonable.

I've never seen a guitar packed this well, bubble wrapped and packed with packing peanuts. There was also bubble wrap around parts of the guitar in its case as well. Couldn't ask for better packaging, and my guitar made it safe and sound all the way across the country. It did take a few days to actually be shipped out (there was a large auction and I'm sure this place was very busy), but it's worth a little extra time to have a delicate item so well packed.
