There is no return location where we live now, so we were glad to reconnect with Staples. There didn't seem to be many salespeople on the floor, but the check-out guy was super helpful. I recommend!

When it came time for my piece to be ready, I was told it would be almost TWICE the cost. Kay in framing was not helpful at all. I chose Hobby Lobby over a different place due to its cost effectiveness. I could have received a higher quality frame at the price I paid. Very upset. This was a great start to resolving the problem. Josh has been extremely professional and accommodating to make the situation right and drove all the way to my home in Georgia to remeasure me and get the ball rolling. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, so much that I decided to also purchase a suit. Once the delivery happens I will most likely change to a 4 star rating due to the professionalism of Josh and the company itself.
