I haven't had this issue at other stores despite being dressed casually. This store is one of the larger ones in Rome and had the most item selection and in stock that we were interested in. The Via Condotti location that is not far away always seems to have a line outside while this one does not. The store within the Rinascente mall nearby has a smaller selection but I heard you can do your tax refund within the mall. Finally, the Rome airport store is quite nice but is usually very busy and cannot reserve items for you.
