I am not happy with this store. They were selling the top. It was a little bit big on me but I really liked it. The belt they had with it was way too small. I showed the check out Lady .... She could care less. I asked if buy an additional belt (for 26 Euros)if they could discount the top. I swear she laughed. I really like the top. I bought both because I'm leaving to go back to Florida next week. I will never go to the restore again. read more

This location in Rome is near the Trevi Fountain and it's huge with five floors. Great place to shop and bring home special pieces that you can't find in US. read more

This place is literally 4 levels of clothes, perk is they have a cash register on every floor and about 3-4 people tending at a time which gets you through the lines pretty fast. You enter through the 2nd floor which is women clothing- they have 3 floors of women clothing. Top floor is men's and bottom floor is for children. Employees are not really friendly but that's all sales representatives lol Overall they have a lot of selections and options but no extra sizes if it's not on the floor. read more

The clothes are beautiful the service is stupid. I was about to buy a dress and I noticed a small tear. After showing it to the sales person they would not sell it to me and it was the only one in my size. I asked why and they said " you cannot try to return it " I said " write Final Sale on the receipt " they said no. Then I told them to call another store to see if they had one , so she did and it took a long time but she got me one from another store. Then I had to ask for the address of the other store. Limited selection for large sizes ( American L, XL and above). Tax free form they give is under "Global Blue", not a yellow form. It means that at the airport the refund office will charge you a transaction fee for each receipt ( if you want refund in cash). If you ask for refund on a credit card ( and your card is in US$), you will get a terrible exchange rate. Yellow forms are the best - you get cash refund without commission. Ask for a refund in Euro cash ( this way you get the full amount without any reductions) and go shopping in duty free! read more

This is hands down the Best Zara I have ever been to! The selection was amazinggggg!! Every floor had exclusive styles for the season. From casual wear to professional clothes for work. You never see a Zara of this size in Florida! What I loved most about each item, is that the label shows where each piece is made from. The two pieces I bought were made in Turkey and made in Morocco! This Completely explains why the styles were so different and unique from those featured in the USA. Zara in Rome featured a mixture of styles just like the mixture of cultures that spread across Europe. I would highly suggest to everyone visiting the city center of Rome to check out this Zara Location, 4 levels of amazing fashion waiting for you! This was an abomination in customer service. Picture this: you're shopping in an incredibly busy store for something very specific. You find a rack of exactly the type of shirt you're looking for and much to your splendid surprise you find a sale sign on said rack for 25 euro. You select 3 shirts and head to the register. Your total comes out to be over 100 euro. Now, I don't claim to be a math genius here, but I do know that 3 times 25 is usually 75. I point to the sale sign and say that these are on sale. They say they're not. I say they are. They walk to said sign and remove it, return and say, "they're not on sale." I'm not sure how they run policies or procedures for this type of occurrence in Italy, but in the United States, if something is marked, mis-marked or whatever... that price is honored. If the store mistakenly put the sign there or left it up, they should be liable. Might I add.... the sign only said "Sale 25 euro," and left no description of any item. This is not a great way to keep customers returning and what an atrocity for an international brand... read more

I love Zara but this was the worst. They had a lot of beautiful clothes but the customer service was more than terrible. We were standing ready to pay for 5 minutes before someone turned around with a fake smile. There were some red makeup on a white shirt that my friend wanted to buy and apparently it was a big no go to give us some € off of the price even with the makeup. read more
