This shop is owned and operated by the very passionate and engaged owner, Mike, and his care for the business really comes through in both his and his employee's care for their guests. My wife and I signed up for their open water certification course and the entire program was perfectly managed. There were absolutely no problems with us getting signed up and through our online classes, and all our pool and open water sessions in Key Largo were fantastic. The pool sessions were very well run. My wife and I both got great personal attention from Mike as our instructor (we were in a group with one other pair which was just the right size). Coming in with no scuba experience, the course was laid out with plenty of time for swimming around in the pool to get comfortable in the gear, and each skill was taught in a way that made it easy to understand. Our diving experience got even better when we got to Key Largo. The water was beautiful and calm, the wildlife at the reefs were amazing, and the entire boat was very well organized and professional. As our instructor, I always felt that Mike had everything under control, especially during our skills tests, and I felt very comfortable with him around throughout the dive. My wife had some apprehension on the first day, and both Mike and the boat crew were understanding and accommodating which we could not appreciate more. If you're thinking about learning to dive, or are just thinking about heading out on a dive in Key Largo -- I could not recommend Scuba Outfitters of Naples more. This place is fantastic.

Great Holiday trip out to the USCGC Mohawk In town for the…read moreweek of Thanksgiving, I tried several local shops to see who had tips planned. Most said "no-trips" they were taking the holiday off ( Seems odd for a service driven business) Not H2O, Ant texted me back saying he had trips going out to the Mohawk Wednesday or Friday. 5 experienced divers (2 swimming the wreck and 3 spearfishing) all fit perfectly on this very comfortable 33 foot boat with plenty of seating and coolers. At pickup, Capt Ant had on-board larger steel NITROX (or Air) tanks and soft weights for everyone. He arrange for gear rentals the day before and even took the gear back for us after the holiday. Great Trip, Great Service. Fun guys. Best day diving in Florida I have ever had. P.S. On the wreck: 4 Goliath Grouper, 100+ Amber Jacks, Tuna and millions of little baitfish. If you have not been down to the Mohoawk in 2+ year it is completely different dive now.

A must do when in Marco Island/ Naples!…read more We had a group of nine visiting Marco Island for the first time for a "Girls Trip", I knew we wanted to book a boat cruise, and I am so happy I found Floating turtle cruises! The boats are basically a floating tiki bar. You can book online but called the office bc I had a few questions. Eva is the sweetest and was so helpful and explained everything. She even said if we had any special requests for drinks, they would have them for us. We booked the "Sea Turtle" boat which can hold up to 11 people. The tour is normally 3 hours, and we added an extra hour- which I'm so glad we did! Our boat day was a 10/10. The weather was perfect, our captain, Matt, listened to where we wanted to go, and gave us a customized tour. Not only was there a huge cooler full of beers, seltzers, water, iced teas and sodas, we were given coozies and fun color changing cups to keep. There is also a blue tooth speaker onboard, so we were able to turn out boat into a floating dancefloor! Also included on the boat were beach chairs, pool noodles, and sand toys. We pulled right up to these amazing sand bars where we found beautiful shells. We even saw a few dolphins and a huge school of sting rays. I cannot recommend this tour enough. It's perfect for all ages. Next time I'm in Marco, I will absolutely book again!! Thank you for a fantastic day!
