Upon arrival, when I took a picture to ensure I knew who was taking my vehicle, the driver got out, became defensive, combative, and stated he'd been working with AAA for 5 years. He asked me a question and as I attempted to answer, he cut me off. He kept saying I was arguing with him, explained he didn't need this in his day nor did he need to complete the service call. He then advised he didn't even know if would be able to move my vehicle. It had only been about 3 minutes. The driver then went back to his truck, made a call, and left within 5 minutes.
