Coffee and spiciness don't really compliment each other. Maybe that's just me. Our server was good tempered, gracious and conversational. Ok, so maybe she forgot my coffee, didn't offer refills, didn't bring my toast out early as requested, and just told us what we owed rather than giving us a bill. They're generous in their portion sizes there. The ambiance was pleasant and cozy. With lots of windows that afforded the best views of the arboretum. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We continued to frequent this place, even after they relocated onto Main Street at the square. They are able to accommodate more guests than before, and offer more dishes and pastries.
