I had been wanting to stop in and finally had the chance too. Their selection of ice cream is large and feel free to ask for a small sample of any you are interested in. I ended up with the apple strudel and it was excellent. At $2.25 a scoop it seems a little expensive, but the scoops are large and you can get two for four dollars. Also, I did not realize they had told too! I went back on New Year's Day of 2019 and tried their fries with buffalo chicken, ranch, buffalo sauce, cheese, bacon, and onions. The toppings were even better than the fries and it was pretty great they were open on New Year's Day. The overall atmosphere is great, not quite like an old time soda fountain but that motif. They have a number of bottled sodas from Frtiz in St. Louis and food options. I just wish they did have a true soda fountain. read more

With delicious flavors (caribou caramel, heavenly hash, and banana cream pie, to name a few), this soft ice cream is a must when you're in Odessa. We had a good stop off the interstate for dinner. Chicken strips were good. Fries were a little soggy and my reuben was OK, only complaints we had but both were just fine to eat. Looked like the ranch and honey mustard were home-made. Counter order and food was out pretty quick. Ice cream was delicious, just be forewarned a "single scoop" is a lot of ice cream, we definitely could have split one and been fine. Delicious ice cream. I was driving back to Columbia from Kansas City and saw the sign for Odessa Creamery. I decided I am going to have an ice cream. The store is about a mile from the exit 37A. It has been a week since I went there, I can't remember exact what I had. I think I had the caramel pecan, double scoop on a waffle cone. I had taste test before I placed an order. One single taste and I made the decision to get that flavor, because it was so delicious. I need not try other flavors. The staffs were friendly. I went around 6pm on a Monday so it was a little slow in the store. When I asked for permission to take a photo, they were a little surprise and appear uneasy, but they allowed me to take pictures. The decoration is a mixture of old soda fountain store and a new modern style. It has a juke box which I thought was really cool. I highly recommend this place, it was a nice little break from driving and delicious ice cream. read more

We were driving by on I-70 on a road trip and stopped in for ice cream after seeing your billboard advertisement. Yelp says you open at 3. We arrived at about 5 after 3. But the door says you don't open till 4. You should update your hours on yelp so no one else makes that mistake. read more
