***UPDATE**** While my lashes seemed great for the price, they fell out so fast. Appt was on Thursday and by Monday I had no lashes on my right eye. By Wednesday, i had no lashes at all. I took care of them just like I've done in the past from other places, but it's never been like this before. Usually it takes 10-14 days and i start needing a fill. For them to completely disappear in a few days.... no!! CHEAP!! Previous review: Seamless process, appointment accommodation same week, good job with the classic lash set I received. Look forward to another good experience getting a fill soon. read more

I am super dissatisfied with this place. I got my lashes done on the 18th of March & within the week, they all started to fall out! I have no more lashes left! I called to cancel the refill appt. They will no longer have me as a client & I am beyond angry about the price I spent for them to fall out. They did nothing to make it better. I am so mad that I wasted money & my time. Let alone, the lash tech walked out 3x during the appt for a good while & did not even attempt to speak to me during this appt. I am telling others to NOT come here & waste their money. I got my lashes done here at Ogden Lash and Wax. Actually, to be more clear, a fill. My lashes were still pretty in tact before I went. When I first got there, it seemed like a very nice place I thought my lash fill was going to look great. By the end of the appointment, my lashes were clumped together, their volume lashes were pre made and looked like, well, shit. It looked like I had strips on because of how much glue the lady used. And not to mention, they did not look like volume lashes at all. After this, they had the audacity to charge me 75 DOLLARS. Would not recommend. Thank you for joining my TED talk. read more

I Came in for a full set of eyelashes yesterday and walked out with a job half done. The full set took a total of 45 min, I've never heard of a full new set taking so little time. Her name was Abby and she was either in a huge rush or didn't even care. When she pulled the tape off and said she was done I was shocked and didn't really know what to do. The lady at the front charged me for a full set and said they looked great and sent me on my way. This place is a joke! I will never go back! When I was able to look at them in the mirror I saw that only the center of my eyes were done and the sides were completely bare. They were only half way finished! Seriously stay away from this place. If you want a full completed set of eyelashes, go elsewhere. read more

I should have read the ONLY review I found for this business - my experience was very much the same!! Others I know who have extensions told me it would take a couple of hours - when I called to make the appointment I was told the same. I was there a little less than an hours - and as well when I looked in the mirror I felt cheated. I also thought I would be able to choose length and thickness. The young lady told me they use one standard size, which for me was too long and doesn't look natural. I lost several lashes in the first few hours - we'll see if they last a week! I got mine for a discounted price - as they say - "you get what you pay for!" I won't go here again! And I will advise others the same! read more
