My cousin went here and they completely got her gender wrong, she went in at 14 weeks and was told she was having a boy, the photo given was a "nub" shot photo but was not clear at all, no in-between the leg photo was given, and then at her anatomy scan at 19 weeks was told she was actually having a girl instead. After having the boy name picked and clothes she now has to change it all because she was given an inaccurate unclear photo that was supposed to be "baby's gender". Would not recommend. read more

To start with their customer service, it's very good. They are sweet and organized. I came here twice. The first time was great because I got to see my baby early on before my Dr. My recent visit I did the 3d 4d, and I didn't get any good images of my baby because of where she was sitting. I paid 75 for a small image of part of her mouth and nose and one eye and another smooshed. The other imaging place I went to with my other child offered another visit for free to make up for the lack of good images but they did not. I had an ultrasound of my abdomen here recently. The technician and assistant were courteous and professional, which is why I gave two stars. However, the lady at the front desk, who seemed like she was the office manager, was not very polite or welcoming. She had my insurance information and said my portion was $35, which I paid. I subsequently received my EOB from my insurance company, which indicated my portion was less. So I contacted them and eventually got a refund after much bureaucracy. They gave me my gender and I come see my daughter every 2-3 weeks since the payment for the regular package is only $35! I love that they always have specials and deals. I was referred to this place by my OBGYN for my growth Scan. Renee the Manager of this establishment, had her 11-13 year old daughter handling my insurance billing as well as other paperwork with my personal information on it. When she was asked why she has a child working on important paperwork she stated that her child is always there to help out (Which tells me this isn't the first patient information she has handled as a minor) and that she was in "training" I informed her that a 12 year old child cannot be in training and this was violating HIPPAA to which the child then yelled to me "I am not 12!!" I asked to speak to her manager and she has blocked every way possible for me to speak directly to the manager stating that she wasn't answering the phone and that she's hardly ever in the office. I have since reported Renee and this establishment to The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and launched an investigation through my insurance as to how this place conducts buisness. I have also reported them to my OBYGN as I'm sure they are contracted with her. Renee is highly unprofessional, and I hope this review reaches the General Manager Tosha. read more

I first learned about this place through instagram since they take practice patients for ultrasounds at no cost. They are friendly, fast, always available to help with any questions or concerns. They also have community events that involve free 5 min ultrasounds, discount on package upgrades, and even raffle prizes. I really love how involved they are and active they are on social media. I definitely plan coming here for all types of ultrasounds I would like in the future possibly 3D and another HD. I came here about 2 years ago and they were able to accommodate my huge family! The ultrasound techs are extremely patient and sweet. Their packages are very affordable as well. I recently went back this past week and Desiree was one of the best techs I have ever had. Unfortunately, our first appointment we couldn't see the sex of the baby since it's legs were crossed. We were able to schedule an appointment at no additional charge and came back a couple days later. Fortunately, with some of Desiree's tips we were able to find out we're having another healthy baby girl! I also appreciated their COVID precautions and allowing my husband to accompany me. He is not allowed at my primary care appointments, so he was very excited to be able to see our growing baby! My toddler was also able to join and she got the cutest heartbeat stuffed animal that she now has to sleep with every night! read more

This is a 5 star review, mostly due to my very positive experiences with the lead ultrasound tech, Lauren! Throughout my first pregnancy in 2021, my husband and I happened to have Lauren as our ultrasound tech, by pure luck. She did our gender ultrasound and then our 3D/4D live with our son, and was always so good at her job- so sweet but professional at the same time! Now we're blessed to be in our second pregnancy, and I just had to go back because of having such a good experience during the first pregnancy. This time, we happened to have Lauren again for our gender ultrasound and we asked for the gender to be a secret. She did exactly what we asked and when it was time to do our gender reveal, she was right again just like with our first baby! We also went back for our 3D/4D HD/live Ultrasound... but this time, we unfortunately did not come in on a day Lauren was there. I have to say that the ultrasound was not done as well and as well-detailed as when Lauren does it. So I called a few days after our ultrasound (we got the Victory package) and scheduled to do a second try for the 3D/4D Live (Victory package again). Unfortunately, it was not free despite not having a good experience the first time, but I still went ahead and did it because I asked for Lauren to do our ultrasound this time around. Once again, she did not disappoint! We had such great footage of our daughter! I'm so happy with what she was able to do for us and our growing family; she's been a part of some of the most precious and unforgettable moments of our first and second pregnancies, and I'm so grateful for her skills and very warm personality! If you are considering getting your ultrasounds done here, try to request Lauren! The other techs are sweet too, but we had the best footage and best experiences overall with Lauren! read more

Showed up for my viability scan during my 6th week of pregnancy and when I walked in to check in this morning they asked for my doctor's order form. I said I didn't have one. They said you have to have one to get the scan done. No one told me on the phone when I called to make the appointment. The person on the phone that day took down all of my information including the doctor's office but never mentioned anything about needing a form. I made the appointment 3 weeks ago and would've happily got a form from my doctor if I knew about it. Ultimately we paid $35 to see the baby but they wouldn't tell us the heart rate (or if there was even a heartbeat at all). They're basically trained not to speak during the ultrasound. Thank goodness this is my second child or I'd be entirely traumatized. It's wild that they refuse to give you information about your own body and child as a paying customer. It's awful that they cause their customers unnecessary stress by not training their employees to inform you that you need a form when making the appointment. Horrible way to run a business - punishing your customers for your employees' mistakes. Stay away from this place and their poor business practices. read more

Not only is it affordable 2. The staff (Tasha) is such a sweetheart, she does not rush and will go over what your are seeing on the screen. We will be coming back when I am further along to see baby again. This place makes me so grateful and makes my private insurance staff look grumpy. I came with out an appointment on a Saturday and they were closed. I called to see if they were just on lunch and opening up again later that day. On Monday i got a call back from Renee saying they wwere so sorry. They had a power outage and had to unexpectedly close for the day and wanteed to offer mee a free session for my inconvenience.. i was SO touched. The entire staff are so polite and sweet. Really make you feel welcomed and want an entire experience for you rather than just dooo great a service.
