I'm not sure whether Oh My Crafts has a physical store, or just an online store, but beware if you order anything from them online. I preordered a product from them three months ago, and two months after the delivery date I'm still waiting. When it was initially delayed, I was assured it would be here by Christmas. Then they said it would go out early January. Now they say late January. Not only that, but they won't ship any part of your order until it's all ready to be shipped. I did find some reviews online before I ordered it, and found the same comments: they sell items that aren't in stock, charge your credit card immediately, and then leave you waiting and waiting. "Unexpected delays" seem to be expectedly common for them. Yes, you can get some good deals, and for that I decided to chance it, and I regret giving this business a dime of my money. read more

I had the same experience as the another reviewer. I placed an order on Dec. 27. Items were marke that they would ship in January. Fine. I got the order on March 1 and it was short of items they said they did not have yet they are still advertised on the website. They were going to cancel my items earlier. I said I would wait; they said the items would ship and when I get my package they are not included and the receipt said I was going to get a refund but gave no dollar amount. I wanted the items. You cannot call these people either. You have to leave a message and they call you back. They call you back after their place is closed so you cannot call them right away if there is a problem. Most unfriendly customer service ever! I am beyond frustrated. I am waiting on another order from them because I thought that my first order would be shipped promptly. I will not ever order one more thing from them. They are the worst company ever! Add me in to the suckered-in category. One star is too good for Oh My Crafts. I placed an order on 3/18/2013 for an Authentique "Event" - I ordered 2 different collections. I followed up in mid-April for an update and again at the end of April when the exact same "Event" was offered and I had not yet received my order. The first time, I received a canned reply about having a large number of inquiries at the time. The second time, I did at least get a live person responding to me. After additional interactions through their Zendesk helpdesk, half of my order was finally shipped to me in May. In July, we corresponded again and ultimately I was offered the option to receive a credit or continue to wait for the product that I ordered. Like a dummy, I opted to continue to wait (I had already purchased products from other vendors so that I could create a product using the collection that I ordered, I didn't want that to go to waste). In mid-August, I received an email stating that they could not fulfill the (already paid) orders that they received due to low current inventory - I could take a refund, or receive a credit with an additional $5 for my inconvenience. I took the credit. I guess this is a matter of "fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me." I placed an order on 9/16/2013 for a couple more Authentique collections. 8 days later, I received an order processing notification. Now, here we are on 10/14/2013 - just about a month later - and no news that my order has shipped. No products received. Here we go again. At least now I know better than to offer to wait for the product to come in if it cannot be shipped immediately. Do I get a response to my inquiries? Yes. They generally involve a lot of excuses. Because I want the product that I ordered, I've tried to be patient. But it's painfully obvious that the offers made by Oh My Crafts are too good to be true. It almost seems like they are relying on prepaid orders to keep their business afloat, but then they have to default a few months later. Today, I've looked at the many complaints on the BBB pages - 67 complaints closed in the past 12 months, 45 of them were closed with BBB assistance, all with the same complaints. Failure to fulfill orders - continuing to advertise for the products that they cannot fulfill - resolution comes in a refund months after the original order was made. OhMyCrafts needs to face the reality that their business model is not working. Consumers need to beware. If the deal sounds too good to be true, it is. My husband ordered the Cameo Silhouette in July, estimated shipping was August 2013. It seemed like a pretty good deal: The Cameo should come with a 75 $ in Download-Cards for the Cameo-Shop. After several Mails with the Customer Service the Machine finally arrived on 28th October 2013 (!!!). So all is good? Not really - the 75 $ Download-Codes are missing. So we are in contact with the Customer Service again. They told us they did sent the Codes per Mail. But we never get that Mails. We just got Mails where they TOLD us they sent the Mails with the Codes. WTF?! So today (19th November 2013) my husband told them we will report a fraud to Paypal if we don`t get the Codes. I have order from On My Crafts several times and was satisfied in the past. In May I ordered a Big Shot that was advertised in an email ad. My credit card was billed that day. I had a confirmation that it had been shipped ten days later. Three weeks after the confirmation I had not received the order. I emailed twice inquiring about the order. My email received an automatic response that did not answer my question. I responded to the first email stating that their response did not cover my question. That email was ignored. I tried calling them only to have a machine answer the call starting they were closed. This happened several times even though my calls were made during their advertised hours on their answering machine. When I went to pay my credit card bill, I disputed the charge since I had not received the order. It was almost six weeks since I had been billed and they did not respond to my inquiries. The credit card company contacted On My Crafts to find out what was going on. Today I received a letter from them stating that their request for an explanation has been ignored also. I wish I had seen these reviews before I got suckered in on one of their 'too-good--to-be-true-emails' that I get at least 2 or 3 times each day. I love Bazzill paper & when they had an 'even't for the retired colors, I bought all 3 different packs. This was back in Jan. The response to my 1st email: would be mailed the week of 2/17. Response to 2nd email: will mailed week of 2/25. That same week, my account password no longer worked so I sent several emails asking for my password to be reset and for status on my order. Well I must say I am not surprised to find the only other reviews on this page as of the time I'm posting are EXACTLY like the one I'm about to write. I too, stupidly took advantage of a pre-order of retired papers from OMC. I'm obviously waiting for the same stuff as Vicki V. in the earlier review. Purchased the paper in January, which was supposed to begin shipping on 2/18. On 3/5, I followed up only to to be told that they "just received the products last week' and they were beginning to process and ship the orders. I mentioned that I had ordered the product for Easter projects and hoped it would be here on time. An hour later, I got an automatic email that my order was "processing". Figured yay, since I was a squeaky wheel, maybe I moved up in the queue of whose stuff was getting boxed up first! No such luck. Now it's been 3 weeks since my order was "processing" and two MONTHS since they charged my credit card. I followed up again today, only to be "reminded" that these were advanced order. I said yes, but it's been "processing' for 20 days. They proceeded to tell me they're doing the best they can and would be happy to cancel my order. WHAT THE HECK? I want the PAPER, not to just let someone "hold onto some of my money for 2 months". I replied that I'd rather have the product because my daughter's spring break begins next week, so was there any way they could prioritize my shipment and get it out the door within the next couple days? I also suggested that they think about shooting off a copy/paste email to the masses that are waiting on these long lead-time orders once in awhile just saying something like "sorry for the delay, we're still working thru these orders, we appreciate our customers" etc, and I said that even *I* did something like that in my job as tech support, when I knew my response times were getting longer than my customers would like. Her reply was (and I am copying and pasting this): "Please excuse my forwardness, I suspect you are employed by a large corporation which grants you the tools needed in order to send daily/weekly updates because they have the means to do so. Currently, being a small family owned business, everything we do is done by hand and we have a "very" small workforce." She's wrong. I work for a small company also, and the support department I'm part of is three whole people. Anyway, I reiterated that I really would LIKE to receive the products I ordered rather than a cancellation, so CAN she ship my stuff? No reply yet. At this point, I wish I'd never placed the order, because I have missed other sales and opportunities to have spent that same amount of money with other sellers, and at least I'd have the products in hand. I left complaints on their facebook page and got a message from someone telling me to go to this online help desk. I have purchased from Oh My Crafts before, and figured it would be fine this time. I purchased some vinyl in December 2012, hoping to have it for Christmas projects. I made sure that the item I ordered didn't say out of stock on their website when I ordered. I called them in January and was told they were having problems with their supplier. Called again in March, same story. I should have cancelled my order then, but I didn't. This is a terrible company. They don't rate any stars. I ordered $231.00 worth of product on Sept, 13th, 2013. It said it would ship in OCT. I received nothing. I contacted the company and they stated they were trying to get the warehouse to drop ship the item. I kept emailing them, getting the same answer. One item was marked "refund", but was not refunded to Paypal. The other item was simply missing. My email got the response that I could use store credit if desired. Why? So I could wait months for another incomplete order? When I asked them not to send me anymore of their robot responses, I got a sarcastic reply. I sure do wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from Oh My Crafts. I placed an order on Black Friday with 3 day shipping (at a large premium) for things I needed to make Christmas presents. It is now 12/18 and my stuff is no where to be found. I have been trying to get in contact with the company for a week now and all I get for a reply is an automated response promising a prompt reply. I kept getting excuse after excuse.. no, not in personal e-mails but in public posts where they tell their customers that the particular item has been back logged or the manufacturer is back logged.
