So decided to do business with Ohana Gardens. Initially I called to see if there's a physical location and they said no we deliver. I said perfect. I'll call when I get home, which is exactly what I did. Basically I know what I wanted and we spoke about a price, confirmed it and was told to send my info over, name address and license which was fine no problems. So this is why it's a 1 Star, I received a text confirmation back with the price but it went up. I replied and ask why the price change? And was told whomever was on the phone "misspoke or misquoted" I said okay, so what is my price? They said the higher amount. I kindly replied and said I would like to just cancel my order. Their reply was "right on man, have a wonderful day" After all this, called them back to see maybe if there was any mis communication and also to give them the opportunity to correct a mistake. They said "Nope! maybe I can call the owner up to see if he could help you." I laughed. I said it's not about the money. It's about the principle of it all, we both left it at that. If any of you are wondering what was the difference it's $12 lmao I guess the owner needed it more lol 1 Star for pricing and 1 Star for customer service. Additionally, I had to send a copy of my drivers license which also had the delivery address. Then they informed me they don't deliver to that address and canceled my order.
