If you're struggling to find the entrance, just take a lap around the building like we did, lol! This dispensary is well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a bunch of deals for first timers and different days of the week. My man... I forgot his name but he's got some luscious curly dark hair and a great attitude and he helped us choose everything and check out during our time. First time in this area. I actually like the 'scruffy' nature of the neighborhood, sort of 'industrial', feel like dispensary pricing is better in those areas. This place was brightly lit, a courteous gentleman greeted me, and I was helped by an associate promptly. My overall take on the pricing is that it seems higher in general than pricing I am used to in Long Beach/Lakewood area, but I was able to make a good selection at a fair price, and was quite happy with the product I bought. Nice people, but have completely abandoned or failed to market any type of daily specials or weekly deals. The first few times I came here, they had deals on connected and alien labs and a bunch of other distributors, since then they've dropped a number of big name brands and any deals associated with said products. Like how do you guys not carry Connected and alien labs in sacramento of all places? Maybe its just because i'm a flower only guy, but I just fail to see any appeal to this place when their selection is as bad as it is and you're still paying premium prices for any halfway decent flower they do have. Honestly one of the better dispensary experiences I've had in Sac. The layout was clean, the deals were solid, and I didn't feel rushed or talked down to like at some other spots. Raven was super knowledgeable and chill, she walked me through some good options without the usual salesy pressure. This dispensary was really nice compared to some others I've been to. The lady who helped me, Claudia I believe, was super helpful. She explained their system well, since to me its a little different than other dispensaries. But everything is organized very nicely, they walk you to where the item you're looking for is, and they have 2 wheels you can spin for a discount! They have a smaller range of products in my opinion but I was able to find something I liked. The store looks good too, everything was organized nicely and easy to find what you're looking for. Ended up grabbing a Dime Bag Preroll and a Super Lemon Haze live resin cartridge. The cartridge is smooth and I have yet to smoke the preroll. Product is good quality and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to pick up something real quick. Will be coming back for more flower needs. read more

Trash dispensary. Does not honor discounts unless YOU as the customer mention it. Make sure if you see the 40% off on weedmaps to show it to the cashier or mention it and don't let them to pressure you to use their wheel instead. I contacted management and called with no response. The sacramento Cannabis industry is very small and i've worked very closely with many of the brands they sell and know for a fact they would not like to hear about this customer service and have their brand in a place like this. They don't honor their own discounts. They had a storewide discount on everything, and it wasn't an online only discount. I went into the store and not only did they not mention the discount at all, they charged me full price. By the time I realized and went back in to ask about it, they said "oh you had to show the discount beforehand". No attempt to remedy their mistake, no store credit. Everywhere other dispensary I've been they ALWAYS tell you about the store discounts. Every grocery store you go to that has a discount marked? They don't charge you full price. I had mostly good experiences here until I purchased a defective product and came in to report it to the staff. Instead of just replacing the product and sending me on my way, they had me wait half an hour so that staff could contact the distributer, then had me fill out a form, and confirm that the defective product was indeed defective when I received it. The bouncer at the front explained the standard operating procedure in these situations to me a few times, as I was in a rush and couldn't afford to wait for this. I'm sure I wasn't hiding my frustration well, because he kept trying to placate me.
