A few weeks ago I wrote a review of Rise and Roll, another donut shop in the area. Rise and Roll has fantastic yeast donuts, but no cake donuts. Ohana fills that hole with the best cake donuts around. Previously I was partial to Taylor's, however Ohana's donuts have a slightly crisp exterior and a moist interior. Perfect! The frosting and toppings are not just sugar like many donut places but have amazing flavor. Definitely worth the trip to Ohana. read more

Went in this morning to grab a dozen donuts for the staff and they put together an awesome assortment. So far the staff have said it's the best donut they have had, and I would concur. I also had an iced coffee (just black) and it was very smooth. This place is solid, and will be returning. read more

This was our favorite donut place. The last 3 times my family and I have been it has been AWFUL. We have been loyal customers since they came to fishers so this is shocking to us. Tonight my friends and I walked in and the workers visibly and audibly complained about 6 people in line. We then received cold donuts. This has happened the 2 prior times as well. Omg!?!? Who in the world would have though that donuts would make great book ends for a breakfast sandwich!!?!? I'll admit, I walked in and was very skeptical. When I arrived , I was greeted by a sweet aroma of warm sugar and 2 pleasant staff members. The young lady at the register checked me in and help me decide on my breakfast sandwich. I went with the bacon and egg and all the toppings that went with it. I also opted for the pineapple dole whip which I started while waiting. The pineapple flavor was refreshing and tasty. I tried to eat it all before I got to the car so I wouldn't have to share with the kids but was greater with a brain freeze. When my order was ready, I took it to go and enjoyed it at home. The combination of flavors were paired well together. It was savory and sweet, but not overwhelming. There were a few basic tables in the sitting areas with several chairs surrounding them. Wanted to try these out after hearing about it in the paper. Cake donuts made with whatever icing AND toppings you would like. Very very good. Went at 4 pm. Icings were not hot enough and went on too thick , but that did not stop me from eating the entire chocolate icing/chocolate sprinkle donut. Service a bit slow, but I just don't think they expect that many people at 4pm in the afternoon. If you have ever had Duck donuts it's same thing, but Ohana has ginormous ice cream Sundays too. read more

These donuts are AMAZING. The actual donut is super good, with the edges being almost crispy. You can choose just about any toppings you want too. What's also cool is if you have kids, you can go over and stand and watch them make the donuts for you. Inside is also nice and relaxed. Oooooooh man do we love O'Hana! This place makes our favorite cake donuts and has some of the best ice cream ever! The ice cream is not made at O'Hana but is made locally (I think by Sundae's). If you live in the Fishers area you have to try both. We usually order donuts ahead online on a weekend morning and then do curbside pickup. Sooo tasty. Our favorite ice creams are O'Hana Trax and Graham Central Station. I like to support local businesses whenever possible, so I bought my son's teachers O'Hana gift cards for an end of the year thank you gift this year. read more

Just had my first Ohana donut last night and let me tell you the cake is goooood! Bought 4 different varieties all excellent! My daughter enjoyed their raspberry sorbet! What a find! We ordered through their mobile site for curbside pickup (because coronavirus) and it was ready for pickup just two minutes after ordering. The order included a maple bacon doughnut, a Fruity Pebbles doughnut and a Dole Whip. If you're a maple bacon fan, this will become your new favorite. The base donuts are made fresh and would be delicious without any toppings! What a fun, scrumptious way to personal your donuts with great topping options. I had a chocolate iced, chocolate chip one and a lemon iced with raspberry drizzle one... these melt in your mouth! It was early in the morning so I did not try out the ice cream yet... but I'll definitely do that soon! If you plan to order a dozen or more. I would suggest placing your order on the phone (I'm not sure if there's an online opton yet) to reduce the wait-time. Don't get me wrong, they are totally worth the wait just a good to know if you're in a time crunch! What a fun local spot to treat our family to delicious donuts ( our kids loved the customization option ), ice cream, and really fantastic coffee.
