I have finally found my favorite local t-shirt company. I have purchased so many items since the fall. 3 raglans, 3 t-shirts, 2 sweatshirts all for myself, as well as Christmas gifts this past Christmas. The quality of the product is awesome and the designs are really cute. Plus shipping is usually pretty quick, they respond quickly to emails, and always have great sales! This company is awesome! Support local business edit: I purchased a couple of items from their St. Paddy's clearance and they ended up running out of one of the sweatshirts I ordered they not only gave me a refund but sent me a different sweatshirt for free to replace it! I placed an order October 5th and never received the products or an email saying they were being shipped. "Next day shipping" was advertised as I ordered. I sent an email October 19th with an automated response that I would receive a response within 24-48 hours. It has been over 48 hours, not including the weekend. I have already made a comment with the BBB and will continue to do so on all social media until I receive the products I ordered or a full refund. I fully intend to let everyone I know about my experience with this company. read more

I ordered from this company on 11/28 and received my t-shirt on 12/10. No issue there. The issue however comes from the fact that the item was not as pictured and made of extremely thin material. I reached out regarding an exchange or return on 12/12 via the website and 12/14 via email. I didn't hear back from them until 12/29 when they sent out the blanket email to everyone who was having issues. I sent my item back for return (since Christmas had come and gone and it was meant to be a gift). Then I come to find out I'm not going to be refunded shipping after I also had to pay ~$6 for return shipping. I emailed them to ask about this on 1/11 and still haven't heard back. Long story short, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They sell questionable merchandise and have TERRIBLE customer service. read more

I ordered a sweatshirt on September 28th and it is now November 13th and I has not been shipped, nor have I received it, after taking my money and several attempts to contact. I have filed a grievance with PayPal to try and get my money back. It looks like others have had the same problem. read more

I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/11/18. On 12/20 I received an email stating my item had been shipped. Needless to say my item STILL has not been received. On 12/29 I requested a full refund, no response. On 1/2/19 I sent a 2nd request for a refund, still no response. I sent another request for a refund today just for the heck of it! This sweatshirt was intended as a gift and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the fact that the company has made no attempt to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, I see that I am not the only one experiencing poor customer service from this company. I will not order from them again and will advise others not to do so also! read more

I ordered from Ohio allegiance over a week ago. It said next day shipping when I ordered. I have contacted them via email three times with zero response. They have over $100 worth of my money and I have a zero product. If I do not hear from them in the next 24 hours I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. read more

I have never had a good experience with them, they promote next day shipping but that never happens. Items take forever to get shipped out. When you attempt to contact them you never get a reply, also have used the social media platform to get an answer and they would just delete comments. When I finally got a reply it was a nasty one about how its a small business and need to be patient, well then do not offer next day shipping. The items that I do have from them are falling apart. It is also a shame to see a company like this steal logos from other small businesses, maybe they need to hire a new creative person. I will never order from them again! read more

It took about 2 weeks for me to get my shirt in the mail after ordering. Not a huge deal to me, just don't expect a quick delivery. The shirts are poor quality and I contacted their service email account regarding unraveling thread on the sleeves. I received no email back (even after waiting the suggested 72 hours) and they ignored my DM on Instagram. Beware: they delete all questionable or negative comments as mine were deleted within minutes of posting. Cute designs, but terrible quality and customer service. I found return/exchange info on their website but am hesitant in following their shady instructions due to their lack of communication. read more

This is a terrible company. Just like the other reviews, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No phone # to call, all you can do is email them about where your item is. I'm giving up hope. I've opened up a case with Paypal but who knows how long that will take. Terrible SCAM of a company. read more

This guy Andrew is a scam artist. Ordered 2 shirts on 2/19/2017, as of the 2/24/2017 I hadn't heard from them other than a generated e-mail stating that my order was received. I e-mailed Andrew on that day and he said he was shipping that night. Now it's 3/5/2017 and still no shirts and no responses to subsequent e-mails. Now mind you, I live 113 miles from his store in the same state. Finally I had to goad him into a conversation on Instagram, of all places, and then he gave me some song and dance about being out of town.... blah, blah, blah, and the guy who does his printing was sick..... blah, blah, blah, and it was his assistants fault.... blah, blah, blah. So now I've opened a case resolution with PayPal to try and get my money back. I'll be taking my business to Homage. One star is too many for this guy and his company. read more

Extremely slow shipping on everything I have ever ordered. NO customer service. Did not ship items ordered on May 1st until AFTER Mothers Day...and they never arrived. Company will not return emails. I have disputed this charge with my cc company, and will never do business with them again. I also think they forget that negative word of mouth travels very quickly. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a hoodie from this company for my grandson for Christmas. As I started to wrap it I noticed what appeared to be a very visible stain on the design though I think it may have just been a thin spot in the silk screening. I went online hoping to find a phone number or at least an email. The only way to contact them is through their online form on which it says that they return messages within 1 day, or 2 if they are busy. I told them that since the hoodie was defective I wanted them to send me a paid label so that I could exchange it. I sent a total of FOUR messages and waited weeks before they contacted me and by that time I had already told VISA about the problem and they had refunded my money. The "Ohio Allegiance Staff" sent me an email saying that I should return the hoodie and did not mention anything about sending me a paid label. I replied that I would but did not think I should be responsible for the postage since the shirt was defective. I got a very curt message back saying that since I had submitted the dispute they could not do that and furthermore that they WOULD get their money back in 90 days if I did not return the hoodie since they "have won every single dispute we have ever had, no matter what the reason behind it." VISA does not think so. I told them that the dispute would not have been necessary had they responded in a reasonable length of time and asked that if I returned the hoodie at my expense if they would reimburse me and in a reasonable length of time. Nine days later no response so I emailed them again that I would be writing this review and filing a mail fraud claim with the USPS if I did not hear from them in a week. Still no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! read more
