I was wrong! I was greeted by Erika who asked me a few questions about my habits and what I was looking for, and immediately got to work on finding new bras that I would be comfortable in and happy with. She helped me find a proper fit and was extremely professional and attentive while I was in the shop for about an hour. I left there so happy with my new bras and the service/experience I had there. I asked again and was told it would ship on a certain date. I received no shipping confirmation and no tracking information and I have no received no response to any of my inquiries for over two weeks. ( except for one of her many facebook angry rants that i assume was targeting me and that was extremely unprofessional ). This woman has no customer service skills, no communication skills, does not provide time estimates and does not stick to any commitments or promises. I will be disputing my charge with my credit card company and i am extremely upset over the way I have been treated. I am amazed she is still in business.

They were way more than 50% coverage which is what I ordered!! I wanted a more competition appropriate cut on my bottoms so I asked how much for her to make me a pair to match my top that would be appropriate for the stage!! she said no charge she could make them it would take about a week because she already had the pattern fabric and glitter. She asked when I needed them by, the date was two weeks away and I never heard anything back after that one way or the other! The date I needed them by had passed so I emailed her again inquiring about said bottoms! No reply, so she had posted on Facebook and I commented asking if she had received my emails I was concerned she had not because it had been two weeks since we last spoke!! In no way was I bashing her or her business I was just concerned! Well this got her attention and she was very rude to me making it sound as if she was doing me a favor by making them like I expected them for free!! I offered numerous times to purchase bottoms!! She continued on to make it sound like i was being unreasonable!! She is very unprofessional and lacks good communication!! Here I am two weeks away from my very first competition with bottoms that do not fit!! And ripple has blocked me from her site!! I think it's safe to assume I will not get those bottoms I was promised!! Here's what I suspect (and I say "suspect" because customer service never explained): the bag was on display in the store for a prolonged period of time and suffered sun damage. Was there any indication of discoloration in the product description? Nope. It's actually appalling, the damage is so bad. Like over $350-for-a-redye bad. Thankfully, even though the item was final sale, customer service did rectify the situation with a full refund. I'm so sad though...that behno bag is sold out everywhere. I hope Rowe reexamines how they handle delicate merchandise like suede so that the quality isn't compromised. I would've expected higher standards from an upscale boutique.

If they can't keep the lot the way it's always been, first come first serve, pay the meter, then they are wimps and do not deserve my business. Visited today to redeem $50 gift card and greeted by the entire…read morestaff...was looking for jeans, told one of the workers my size (believe her name was Suzanne), she pulled my size in 2 or 3 different styles took them to dressing room & then suggested a pair of Chino's... tried on the Chino's and they were perfect, soft fit, casual & dressy... as I browsed through the store another TB staff member (Stefani)asked me which scent of candle I preferred .. told her they are all pretty great, that's when she asked me if I had Yelped TB before.. I said I have & she told me she read the review & it was very complimentary...she than told me she was gifting me a complimentary candle for the review...Wow... I've never been treated so well in a store, I felt like a VIP(lol)... as I checked out I met the district manager of TB, believe his name is Tim and we had a nice conversation about TB products & the Easton store...Suzanne, Stefani, Tim thank you for the great gift and customer service I received today ...You Guys never disappoint !!! I didn't even realize this store had changed ownership until i walked into the sleek new design. I found the jewelry to be most appealing if you like simple costume or silver chains and small earrings. Jewelry ranges in price from $20-$45 and seems worth it. The collection in general is unique. Clothing is pretty basic styles and a few retro mod pieces ranging from jackets to jeans and plenty of knit shirts. I tried on a cute cotton dress that was reasonably priced. While I was in the room the clerk received a call and I heard her chatting. I was pleased to see that as soon as I left the changing room she put the phone down and was very attentive. Prices range from $40-$200. Judging by the style quality and designers this is reasonable and worth it. Nice new addition to the Short North clothing scene.
