Unfortunately, our attempt to have this document printed is (on their printer as she instructed)at the counter was unsuccessful. The staff member, a young lady with curly hair( her ID was flip-back),then informed us that my son would need to retrieve another address-bearing ID from home. While we fully comprehend and respect the need for proper identification, the manner in which this information was conveyed was notably abrupt and dismissive, creating an unnecessarily stressful atmosphere. Further concerns arose when my son attempted to clarify his preference regarding the organ donor question on his application. His initial query was met with an apparent lack of acknowledgment. When I politely reiterated his question, the staff member responded curtly with, "Let me just finish this!" This interaction, delivered without eye contact, felt very dismissive and demonstrated a clear unwillingness to assist with a simple, yet important, clarification. Tell them when you get there, they text you to wait in the car and then when to come in. When I started it said the wait was 45 minutes; total was probably a little less than that, so don't check in super early. Waited inside for 15 or so after they texted to come in. Clerk was friendly and patient. Pretty much like getting a license: some questions, you sign and the kid signs, then gets a picture. A week or two later it will come in the mail. This location has also been known as the Worthington License Agency though it's above Worthington and probably closer to Lewis Center. It's super easy guys. It's a kiosk that you sign into with your license plate number and Social Security number and then pay with a credit card. You'll go through about a dozen or so screens which takes about 7 or 8 minutes in total. Once the kiosk has all your info and payment, it'll print out your new registration and license sticker and you're on your way. A user friendly government service?
