A lot of blue accents, with a very lake vibe and it was also reminiscent of the blue colored Chase Bank logo. It's in the same location of the former 5/3 Bank, to avoid confusion. The front of the building faces Lakeshore Blvd. with a nice lake view. I went there recently and worked with banker Diana for my financial needs. She was professional, personable and patient. She answered all my questions and got the results I was looking for. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. I might also add that this particular location does not have an auto teller, you have to go into the building for transactions other than using the ATM and night deposits. I was told that they took the tubes away for the tellers during the renovation. I'm sure it's for safety reasons as well. I've been with Chase Bank for years now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, specifically at this location.

When my assistant went to do the banking on a subsequent day, the CSR, said, "Thank you for not bringing deposits at closing like the other lady did. That was just inconsiderate!" As a personal 5/3 banking customer for over 10 years & w/two adult children who are also banking customers, I was offended & appalled by her tactless comment that she should've kept to herself. She's condescending and I know she doesn't value My business. I called the Regional Manager to voice my complaint (all I was expecting was an apology). He apparently did nothing about it because a week later, same CSR said to my Assistant, "Thanks again for not coming in at closing" I'm in the process of removing my business from 5/3 Bank completely.
