The unit was clean, worked well and had terrific security, both lights, camera and good traffic, we felt safe the whole time. It was a lot easier to put extra furniture and boxes of kitchen supplies from the moving truck to the storage than up and down stairs to the attic or basement, and the furniture was unscathed in a few rains that would have ruined it in a flooded basement. We've been able to just "grab the other one" when something in the kitchen wears out too. The price is competitive and fair and when the price has gone up, a few times in the last 10 years, I'm notified ahead of time. Mark and everyone I've spoken with there, whether it was with questions about my unit or to pay my monthly rent, have been friendly and knowledgeable. I've always felt my belongings were safe and that I was safe when I visited my unit.
