10 Stars!! Above And Beyond exceptional service!!! I truly can not speak more highly of a moving company! I have moved 8 times in the past 3 years and this is a company I will be using for my next move! First I was very impressed with how kind, professional, and hard working Colin and Ben were thank you to them! They were very efficient and extremely helpful with positive attitudes that is something hard to find in working these days! My move went smooth I loved that I was able to leave all my clothes in my dressers, and they took apart and put back together my bed set. This is where they just surpassed any type of customer service I could imagine. After the boy had left I " thought" they had gotten a crack in my tv (that still worked just fine) I called the company and spoke with Kevin. With no push back or anything at all Kevin got my tv information and met me at Costco to get a new one. We ordered the new Tv and had it delivered. Kevin and his employee went above and beyond came over to help me set up/ remount the new tv. This is when we realized (I have never been more embarrassed) that the Tv NEVER had a crack it was a rough smudge we were able to get out (that I most likely made) They were so kind and caring. The "new" tv they returned and moved back to Costco for me. The amount of time and effort this company put into trying to fix a wrong (That I want to make clear they NEVER did) but the effort, and kindness I will never forget. Other moving companies will just say oh well cut your losses but Perrysburg Movers did not. I recently sold my home before I could close on my new home one so I had to move into a storage unit. I was referred to Perrysburg Moving & Hauling and I am so thankful I called them. Derek scheduled my move time that was best for me. The movers were very prompt and worked their tails off. They handled all of my belongings very carefully and nothing got broken. I was very impressed! A week later I called Derek to move me out of storage. Again he worked very hard to make it happen. The movers again were very professional and worked as hard and as fast as they could. They made sure my furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it so I wouldn't have to move it again. I tipped the movers both times and couldn't thank them enough. Perrysburg Movers are the best. We loved Perrysburg Moving and Hauling! We had our wood floors refinished and used this service to move all furniture out of the house- and then 2 weeks later, everything back in. Lionel and Ben called and said they were available earlier than scheduled, would we like them to come early? We said YES! They were professional and polite from the start. They worked together well and completed all tasks in a minimum of time In a very efficient manner. The 2 man crew who moved all furniture out of our house 2 weeks ago were just as good! Unfortunately, I lost their card in the disarray of living in 3 rooms of our house while floors got refinished. We were very pleased with this company, their excellent service, and reasonable prices. We recently moved from Sylvania to Indiana, 200 miles away. Perrysburg and Sylvania Moving did an outstanding job for us. It was a three-day move. Jared and Nathan did an enormous packing job on the first day. Jon and Tim did the loading and driving on the second day and unloaded on the third day. All of their people worked incredibly hard and were very intelligent in the way they packed and unloaded; almost 100% of our fragile possessions arrived in perfect shape. One added benefit is that they also do hauling, so many of the items we didn't need they disposed of, which was one less big worry for us. On top of everything, we felt their price was extremely reasonable and the estimate they gave us in advance for the move was very accurate. After Perrysburg Moving did such a great job for our big move to a new house on June 8th, we needed a second smaller move for some family furniture that we had left behind for staging. Once again, the movers (this time we had Justin and Mason) were terrific. The two words that seem to come up in all the reviews are "courteous" and "professional" and that certainly described them. They took this little 7-item job as seriously as Whitney, Tim, Jason and Caleb had done with the big move. Justin and Mason took particular care with an old glass curio cabinet, which I greatly appreciated. I don't expect to need a mover again for a long time, but I will call Perrysburg when I do. read more

From the moment we requested information, the staff at Perrysburg Moving and Hauling were helpful. We had a quote and all of their policy information quickly, and they fit us into their schedule easily. The day of, Justin and Lionel were right on time and did a careful, quick job of moving everything (including our HEAVY bed frame, thank you!) They were both polite and professional, easing our concerns as this was the first time we had used movers. We had Perrysburg Movers move our kids' belongings from Ohio to Illinois. Working with Derrick was a pleasure. He came to the house, walked through everything and gave us the estimate. We had Lionel, Tommy, and Anthony moving us for three days with two other team members chipping in for a day each. They were very pleasant, polite, and took of everything: from carefully packing and loading to driving and unloading again. The kids also needed a lot of things to be put into the nearby storage and they handled that with ease. Everything went well without a hitch. Please use them!!! I highly recommend Perrysburg Moving and Hauling. I called them with a short notice move from Perrysburg to Baltimore, and after speaking with Tim he said he'd adjust his schedule to get us there. It was such a relief. He was super professional and very careful with our belongings. Tim kept me updated and reassured throughout the entire move. Lionel and Cody were the ones who helped us when we moved from an apartment to our house, recently. They arrived on time (a little early actually, which is a good thing) and took great care of us. We needed help packing and they took the bull by the horns. They were fast and efficient. Even one of the managers stopped by to bring us extra boxes. Perrysburg Moving and Hauling are the best. We were flying from Houston to Columbus to pick up a truck and drive to Toledo to pack my mother's apt. We had reservations with a mover for 10 am. They never called and showed up. At 12:30 we called Perrysburg Moving. They came right away and packed the truck perfectly.
