It was very hard to start after I used it for only a few months, so I took it back to them for repair. They fixed it for free under warranty. This summer, 2020, it again refused to start just when I needed it most for my garden. I was told it would be at least a 2-week wait until they could look at it. After waiting, when I went to pick it up they charged me $50 to "flush the carburetor", and they claimed the 5-yr warranty did not apply because the gas was "stale". I insisted the gas was fresh and gave me no problems when used in all my other equipment (lawn mower, weed eater, chain saw). They went on to say that the gas should not even be left in the tank for even a month. If this is true, then the manufacturer should so state it in the operator's manual, which they do not. Needless to say, I strongly advise anyone else to avoid buying an ECO model TC-10 rototiller, and further patronizing Wadsworth Tractor & Mower who fails to honor the manufacturers warranty. These are also sold at the big box store for less money, but I thought I would spend a little more in case I had service problems. Lot of good that did me. I see this business has historically a lot of good reviews. However, I think there was a recent change in ownership since I bought the tiller in 2018.

The manager you was pushing warranties and extras was pushing a little to hard. The delivery people were good but they had to take a door off to get the couch in and didn't put it back correctly and I had to adjust the door when I came home. Third sink shipped directly to Lowe's for inspection and sat there unopened for over a week which delayed installation another 2 weeks. The stone itself appears streaky. This was a nice find and gem!…read more Went to a spring plant sale and makers market. The plant sale was wonderful! Fair prices and beautiful plants! Lots of choices and options for every type of gardener! The farmer market part with fruits and veggies was ok. It's small. Local products. You can find something if you need it but it was not very extensive. The makers market was 6 tables. Not very big but it's early in the season. Not much I was really interested in. They also had a food truck which was very popular. All in all we spent a good hour or more there, buying plants and walking around. It was very enjoyable. We will go back. The plants are amazing. Staff was great! Nice and answered all our questions. The parking was good too. And again fair price for the plants. Good find!
