I did not want to kill the animal that was merely trying to live, but on the other hand my tenant felt unsafe and felt they racoon would fall through the ceiling into his apartment. I called city & county animal control and some other wild life removal services. One quoted me over $1000, another place said they would come by the same week. After numerous calls, messages, emails that vendor never responded. I am so glad to have found Nathan who was prompt, responsive and very understanding. From his pictures alone you can tell he is an animal lover and if he had to remove the animals, he would do it very humanely. If this ever happens again, Nathan is my go to guy. 5 stars recommend 100%.
