I used the bathroom before the treatment and it seemed a bit messy to me; kind of like a storage room/combination bathroom. The treatment room just did not look clean. The rugs literally looked like they had not been shaken in months! I have been in more than a few esthetician offices and this is by far the most dirty and cluttered. The treatment seemed okay but the room was so hot and stuffy; very suffocating with little ventilation.
