There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

Maintenance requests do not get done until couple months later, and even if they come over to fix the said problem, I can't tell that it was properly fixed. I honestly can not WAIT until I can move out of this house. EDIT: Bijan (the landlord) and I had a conversation. We came to the consensus that there was quite a bit of miscommunication on both sides of the party. Bijan definitely cares about the tenants' well-being. Once a distinct & straight-forward maintenance system is placed, I have no problems with this management company.

He is a realtor and a designer, plus coordinates all of the construction and installation. He really made the process easy. From the start, Neal was great about listening to our needs and giving us options, though he never overwhelmed us. He knows the entire market very well, which was important because we moved to Columbus with no knowledge of the market. He steered us to the neighborhoods he thought were right for us, and then patiently took us to see as many properties as we wanted (even though we eventually bought one of the first ones we saw). After our property was under contract, Neal managed the closing process beautifully. This was the first time a property we have purchased has ever closed on time (credits to the bank as well). Then he helped us redesign and remodel our kitchen and master bath. Both are gorgeous but executed within a tight budget. I was interested in one of the properties this company had for sale. This specific listing was…read moreinitially purchased for around 50,000 and after "remodelling" was for sale for 119,000. When I asked the real estate agent at Woodford Contemporary Real Estate what changes had been made to the property to justify such a price increase, I was told that they couldn't tell me. So I made a low offer (in hopes of just finding out what upgrades had been met) and was told that the offer was too low and they would not tell me what upgrades had been made. Unless all real estate agencies operate in this manner, I think these folks are quite SHADY.
