I don't recommend this place for auto detailing. I brought my vehicle for interior cleaning to…read moreremove dog hairs and professionally spot clean some areas. I paid for a full interior detailing of $220. When they returned the vehicle, the roof, back windshield, and some small areas were not cleaned. Still lots of dog hair on the backseat. I called to ask if I can get a refund as I didn't have time to return it. The representative said that they would appreciate if they can fix the issue and she would talked to his boss about it. I waited for a week for them to call me but I didn't hear back from them. I called them a few times throughout the week, left a voicemail, and I messaged them on their facebook page. That was when I got a text from the owner. I gave them a chance to fix the issue but still, they did a very poor job on it. I am very disappointed to pay $220 for a very unsatisfactory auto detailing job. They should've refund me partially.

I was passing thru Casper, WY and was staying at a hotel. I called and spoke with Todd. He was very…read morefriendly, professional and knowledgeable. I told him I needed an oil change and the Hyundai dealer recommended to change the drive belts. He said they were busy, but he'd squeeze me in since I was from out of town. He called me back in about an hour with an estimate. Although it seemed a little high, after explaining how he came up with it, I agreed. I took my vehicle in on Wed. Todd was nice enough to drive me back to the motel, and then when it was finished a few hours later, came and picked me up. The total was less because they didn't need to put in a full synthetic oil. I appreciated his honesty, getting me an appt. in spite of being busy, and going out of the way to take me to/from the motel and how fast they did the work. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Doyle Johnson's whether you live here or you're from out of town.
