Not having had any references or seeing any reviews, I took a chance with them and am so glad I did! Jaimie and Christian did a great jyob for us! We had major patchwork to be done on my ceilings from holes and water damage, as well as some patchwork on my walls. They look as good as new now...actually better because they removed the popcorn from the ceilings and finished them with knockdown and fresh paint! I've seen bad knockdown before but my knockdown looks really nice! They were very professional and DEPENDABLE! The bid was reasonable and they met the timeframe we discussed. They were all very personable and cleaned up well each day and after the project was complete. They even power washed their white footprints off my front steps and sidewalk! Jaimie was also very informative. He gave me some great painting tips. They took care of a drywall+door installation and a bathroom fan replacement. Among the 4 contractors we contacted for this, they were the only ones showing up in person to provide a quote. The others only asked for pictures and provided quotes based on those. The quote from Jose & Angela was very reasonable. A couple of times, as it is often the case, the project required some extra costs due to the unforseen conditions of the door and the fan we purchased. Jose was very transparent in describing the reasons of the additional costs and updated our contract immediately both times. At each step we knew what we were paying for why. Based on our experience, this is not something to be taken for granted. The final job was absolutely high quality. Moreover, Jose and his team did all they could to minimize the impact of dust etc on the rest of the house. I am very happy we (somewhat randomly, via Angi) got to connect with them. They will certainly be our first choice for any future work on the house that falls within their expertise.

Our project included special wiring coming out of the walls, wrapped corners instead of trim around windows, and a few walls that didn't line up perfectly (tie-in to existing structure). Once we were able to start, they came almost immediately, and finished surprisingly fast: took about 1 week for a large attic, large bedroom with closet and master bath, stairwell plus another ceiling - around 4500 sq. ft. of new installed drywall (and finishing another 500 sq. ft. existing drywall). All taped and sanded with knockdown textured ceilings. We will likely have them do another part of the project when that is ready.
