Some of my favorites are the buffalo barbeque sandwich, mixed veggie with avocado sandwich, and the tuna salad sandwich. I usually order mine on a spelt tortilla wrap instead of sliced spelt bread, but both of them are wonderful. They even offer sprouts too! All of the soups are amazing. They are organic and made from scratch with the alkaline ionized water, which is produced by the store as well. I love just sitting out on their porch and enjoying delicious, healthy food! I don't know if there is anything better. Their smoothies and shakes are clean and packed with real flavor. They use only organic fruit and fruit juice (no flavored syrups/concentrates, ice, or any unnecessary additives). For my fellow coffee lovers, they have organic coffee (made with alkaline water) everyday. It is so much better than any other coffee I've had! They even have soy coffee creamer! This store has a lot of grocery items that you can't find anywhere else. All kinds of delicious specialty breads, wild caught fish, and grass fed meats. They carry a lot of awesome Michigan-made products as well. The Grainery also has kombucha, natural energy drinks/shots, ginger beer, and many other awesome natural beverages in all different flavors. I called before stopping in to make sure they had what I wanted. Conversation with a male employee went like: Me: Do you carry xxxx? Employee: Yup. Me: Do you have them in stock now? Employee: Yup. Me: Great tha... (employee abruptly hung up) If this was something I could easily pick up anywhere else, at this point I would normally have spent my money elsewhere. However, I went in to the store and had a nice interaction with the woman who was working. She was very pleasant and enthusiastic. Total opposite of the brusque individual I spoke to earlier. She gave me the kind of customer service experience that will help me keep Rebekah's in mind for future purchases. Store is small but bright and clean. It seems to be keeping up with the various health food options and dietary preferences. I was pleased to see some of my favorite foods, snacks, and products in stock. Most of the prices are comparable to what I'd expect for these types of items. Although I've yet to try it, the cafe and juice bar looks like a nice edition to the store since the days of being located downtown. The store is generally always neat, clean, and organized. Someone will typically say hello when you walk in. I'm glad to see that this store is still in business after many decades, and I wish the family much success in running the store for generations to come.

The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional, they will continue their own personal conversations at their desk while customers are waiting in their lobby to be seen. I have attempted to call their business number for two months straight leaving multiple voicemails to schedule an appointment, they do not answer their phones during business hours and they do not return calls or messages. The employees that work their front desk are incredibly rude, they blame their lack of professionalism on personal problems that have occurred outside of work that have nothing to do with the business. The front desk staff will misquote your services, HIGHLY UNETHICAL. I was told an exam was one price and when I retuned just a few months later to schedule, the same employee told me it was $10 more than what was previously discussed. After asking the employees why I hadn't received a call back after attempting to get ahold of staff for scheduling for TWO months, the employee insisted I was lying and requested to see my cellphone call logs to prove that I had actually called their business number business. While visibly upset over the experience I was receiving from the employees at the front desk, they laughed in my face and told me to leave. While sitting in the lobby waiting to speak to the doctor that owns the practice after receiving such terrible service from the front desk staff, the staff continue to speak at me discussing their person problems out loud. Once the doctor came out to speak to me, he laughed at me while I was expressing how upset this experience made me. The doctor denied my experiences, even while having proof of my attempts at contact and the staff openly admitting to changing the pricing on me. The doctor then told me he will not continue to see me as a patient. Once the doctor dismissed me from his office, a male employee RAN AT ME with AGGRESSION while I stood in their doorway! Stating to hit him! Would not recommend to anyone that values their time, money, safety or peace! This place offers nothing of value and I left being threatened!

I ended up purchasing a 6 pound box of breakfast sausage and 5 pounds of ground round. I should have checked the price tag - they charged me 50 cents more per pound and called it chuck instead of round. Ugh!
